I was misled by a fraudulent advertisement displayed on YouTube for Nutrinut. On 14 August, I placed an online order for a combo nut product and made payment in full. Since then:

No confirmation message or receipt was issued.

The product has not been delivered.

The company’s website has been inaccessible for a long time.

My email communication to the vendor has gone unanswered.

This clearly amounts to fraud. It is highly concerning that such advertisements are being promoted on YouTube without proper verification, exposing consumers to financial loss. I request that this matter be investigated, the fraudulent entity be penalized, and stronger safeguards be enforced to prevent recurrence.

I would not make a prepaid ₹500/₹1,000/₹2,000 order from this site.

If you really want to test it, the safest approach would be:

COD only, if genuinely available, and don't pay any additional "delivery charge," OTP-based payment request, UPI request, or WhatsApp payment request.

Also, don't assume that a COD option itself guarantees legitimacy.

ordered combo for Rs.1099 and it never received. raise complaint on ⁠National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and also with PG cashfree

I ordered nuts and made payment. Website shows delivered but the items were never delivered. Bigtime frauds they take money but never deliver the product.

I ordered almond in 299rs. But I didn't received order. Order status is delivered. I mailed them but got no reply! They are scammers must be reported.

This is a fake website, the advertizement on YouTube shows they are selling nuts like Kaju, Badam etc at cheap rates but once you order it you will never receive it. Please don't fall prey. I wanted to test them and hence ordered the cheapest option available spending 280 rupees and never received the item. They only provide an email for complaints nothing else, there is an address but as I am not from Delhi I have not visited the address but I am sure it will be fake too.

Please do not fall for it and lose your money. I did the research to know more about the website but I could not find anything and hence went ahead but I do not want anyone else to fall for it and hence writing this review. nutrinut.in is Fake website to loot people's money
