Thanks to your help and advice regarding changes to my life style, diet and supplements, I feel better. When I first spoke to you I was having difficulty with my sleep, weight, and hormones, and feeling very low. Your advice and the changes you suggested I found to be very beneficial, both physically and mentally. Furthermore, having followed your advice and taken up some form of exercise, I have found since I started swimming that my sleep has improved, I feel more energised, and my weight is now under control. I would like to come back to you for a review in the next few months. Thank you for helping and encouraging me.

I first started seeing Carmen over 7 years ago. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always very supportive. Carmen was able to convince my then teenage daughter to improve her diet and her health and continues to treat her from time to time. Carmen has always offered practical advice, useful explanations and nourishing food tips. Under her guidance I recently completed a 14-day detox, a great cleanser which I probably would not have completed without her continued support and encouragement. Highly recommended.

The clean liver detox programme that Carmen recommended to me is a commitment but the benefits are worth it. The supplements and shake detoxify your system and liver pathways and it’s good knowing that you are doing something positive for your body and total health. I last did it in Feb/ March 2021 as I was feeling in need of a cleanse after a year of being at home and too much sugar, I felt that my system was sluggish and needed to be refreshed. I’ve done the detox around 3-4 times now at different points in the past and always enjoy it.

My advice would be to do it when you know you can be calm and enjoy it, not when you have deadlines at work and lots happening. Following the programme whilst working from home is easier but I have done it when commuting to an office also. Spend a good few days reading through everything and buying the relevant food shopping so that you are prepared to start. There are some delicious meals on the menu and you don’t need to restrict yourself to quantities. 14 days does seem like a long time but it’s separated into three sections which makes it more manageable. The first time I did the detox I had a headache for the first few days which is a sign that my body was getting rid of unwanted toxins but subsequently haven’t. My skin was glowing and my eyes were brighter. I definitely felt better avoiding all the inflammatory foods and stimulants. Carmen always makes herself available if you have any questions or issues.

As a Coeliac I've always had a very sensitive stomach and have battled with gut problems for the majority of my life. Recently I've been having problems with my skin where I've been getting acne like symptoms.

I got in touch with Carmen and explained what was happening to me, she was very clear in coming up with a plan and organised some tests for me. Once the results came back for those tests, we had a consultation where she explained what was happening to me and why, it all made sense when she expressed that certain foods were more problematic than others (Fermented foods made my skin worse etc.), she knew exactly what was wrong with me (gut permeability and liver toxicity) and I was put on a protocol to help heal my gut and liver. 3 months later my skin has totally cleared up and I can feel a noticeable change.

Carmen is very knowledgeable, she clearly knows what she is talking about and on top of that is passionate about what she does. I would highly recommend getting in touch with her even just for an assessment. I have already recommended her to friends and family who have gut problems.
