Urgent issues need fixing

I think Nutrium has the potential to be great for nutritional professionals and clients alike but at present there are a lot of bugs and one of the main features (the shopping list) cannot be used effectively due to the way the app is designed, let me explain. So customers can see 1 weeks meal plan at a time which means they can only see a shopping list for the present week, this is fine if they use the same meal plan each week -which no one obviously will do as you would be at risk of deficiencies. If a client is due to change to a different meal plan on say Monday, they would need to do their shopping prior to this day but as the plan doesn't go live on the app until Monday, clients cannot see the shopping list. There is no point offering this great feature if only new customers or those using the same meal plan week on week can use it!

If the shopping list feature is rectified and all the bugs fixed the app has the potential to be rated 4/5 because the feedback from clients (aside from the shopping list) has been very good so far.

Mixed feelings. Some good, some not so good

This software has some excellent features such as meal planning and analysis, and keeping all your clients notes in one place.

What lets Nutrium down is the speed if the software. It can be extremely sluggish and doesn't always let you login and will instead just go to a foreign language. Customer support appear tk be quick to respond but dont seem to get to the bottom of the issue, instead, just wait for you to keep logging in until it eventually works.

Whilst I am impressed with some of the features, the sluggish nature and regular issues logging in have made me start a search for an alternative platform.
