Poor Service

I ordered a product from Nutrizone on April12th and paid for 48 hour tracked delivery by Royal Mail.
48 hours later - no product.
I contacted Nutrizone but no reply. Now there is Easter so I am assuming no one will get back to me, let alone despatch my order, until Tuesday 19th. Pretty poor service.

Please note, Royal Mail 48h service is usually 2-3 working days and unfortunately we have no influence over any delays caused by the carrier. We checked your order and can confirm this was delivered to you before the Easter on the 16th of April. Hope you do enjoy your product despite the slight delay in delivery.
