The 2 people that install our windows ash and Simon were very friendly and also very polite and also they clean up as they were working though the all the windows 🪟 that they had to replace and there was 15 windows 🪟 they had to replace and also I was very very impressed with the way they went through it all and also I would recommend them ash and Simon to come back and do anything else that would have to be done to my house 🏠 all that I can say is that it was a pleasure to have you both doing the job very well done and thank you so very much for my new windows

My windows look great, both of them where really approachable friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
They came to ferney close chawton ftiday the 13th Feb.

Had my windows fitted today by Simon and Ashley, to say I'm satisfied would be an understatement they came in and were the most chirpy, professional, informative, knowledgeable pair I've ever had the pleasure to deal with they cracked on and did the job set out to be done and did it to the highest standard, I'm very impressed and extremely happy with the new windows they installed for me not only did they do a great job with the windows but were fantastic at cleaning up after themselves they really are great assets to the nationwide company *****

How can a company get it so wrong? First appointment to fit the windows, the windows were wrong so after removing and refitting an old window they left until further notice. A different crew came a month later, booked the job over 2 days (funny because every other property they’ve fitted on our estate has only taken 1 day), the site manager turned up at lunchtime, and I heard him tell the guys to pack up and go at 2pm! The mess after the first day was disgusting, plastic shavings all over the landing as they’d sawn it inside, sealant on the bath, tiles moved and covered up by extra plastic trim, sealant tube ends chucked on the carpets, mess all over beds etc. I wasn’t even told they had left the remaining new windows in my back garden with no cover over. Spoke to the site manager who did apologise, however I was the one who had to clean it all up. The next day one of the guys basically ignored me the entire time they were here, obviously upset by the fact I’d complained about the state they left. Window sills have been loosened and just left like it, they’ve broken a cover in the bathroom and just couldn’t care less how they treat yourself and your property! Almost a month later there is still plastic outside our home on the grass and road. If you’re thinking of using them, please do yourself a favour and choose a different company! Have respect for people and their homes, regardless of whether they own it or are housing association it is still their home!

The two guys (Stew snd Tom)were friendly and chatty and they cleaned up after themselves

I would never uses this company again no care and attention at all.Windows fitted incorrectly handles not straight or level on frames.windows don’t make a seal so a build up of black returning. Doors not fitted correctly threshhold not secure I can go on.shocking workmanship no customer care.

Paddy from Nationwide Windows came to our home today. Punctual, and polite throughout his time here, he fitted a new front and back door.He respected our home at all times and once the work was done he then did a thorough clean up, removing all debris and dust.
We highly recommend if a good,clean job is what your looking for. Thanks Paddy.

John and Sam installed all our windows in the house and they were fantastic! They touched base with us the day before to confirm our appointment which was a nice touch. They arrived on time and did their work without causing disruptions. They were so friendly!

Had my windows fitted today, the two guys Aaron and Ben were absolutely brilliant. Living in a tiny one bed bungalow had its challenges trying to move things to create access for them but they reassured me worked around us, sympathetically adjusting things to meet our needs so that we were safe and remained warm ( it was January) They worked methodically and efficiently cleaning as they went, put blinds back up, moved heavy sofa back and gifted us a lovely key ring with a trolley token which I was considering buying off Amazon. To say great service feels a little understated.

Door is fab , looks good & sturdy.

Arriving punctually, the team was incredibly approachable and amicable. They expertly installed both windows and doors and ensured the area was thoroughly clean once the job was done. Impressively, they returned two days later to address an issue with my front door's lock, demonstrating exceptional service. I would rate them above five stars without hesitation.

I've just had new windows installed. Aaron and Ben were the installers. I am extremely impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Both are very friendly and caring. They installed the windows with ease and cleaned up as they worked. They kept my home as warm as possible. By doing a window at a time. So I wasn't exposed to the freezing weather. For too long. The quality of each window appears great. I immediately noticed that I no longer had cold air rushing through. Which will mean I can keep warm. The old windows were so draughty. I had insulation plastic on them. So, I have no more need to have ugly plastic sheeting at each window.

John and Sam replaced all my homes existing windows plus back and front combi door frames, and i would thoroughly recommend these two fitters to any one all day long as there work was absolutely outstanding and faultless. true professionals as well as two great friendly guys.

John and Sam arrived on time very pleasant guys did absolutely a brilliant job i would highly recommended them ever time

Excellent service! Windows fitted this week by Jody and Gus. Very efficient and professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Made minimum mess which they cleaned up before they left. Highly recommended, thankyou!

My old dad has Alzheimer’s and they both made changing the door really easy.
The door was beautiful in dad eyes and was fitted with ease and speed.

We recently had a new outside door fitted. It looks fabulous. STEW/TOM did an excellent job. I worried the walls would be a mess when old door took out, but no, it's perfect, no mess, we are so pleased. MR and Mrs Quiney, Hanbury. Thank you Stew and Tom!
