Decent quality and fast delivery. A few small issues, but overall a god experience.

I ordered what was supposed to be a 3:4 model but instead received a 1:205 AlloyArmy brand. When I reached out to the company’s customer support, they initially responded quickly but tried to insist that I had received the correct item—even though it clearly wasn’t what I paid for.

After multiple attempts to request a return based on their own “return policy,” they completely ghosted me. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them from another email address in case my messages were going to spam. They replied right away—until I mentioned the return again. Then, radio silence.

Their stated return policy appears to be a total sham. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a complete fraud. If you’re considering a purchase from this company, be warned: they may send you the wrong product and then ignore you when you ask for a refund or exchange.

Well for starters, it's a total scam. They never ship your item and refuse to contact you when you reach out.

Stole my money don't buy anything from them then they want me to go and check local neighbors post office SCAM STAY AWAY FROM THEM BAD AS THEY COME .WASTE OF MONEY THEIVES.

I was really worried looking at other reviews. BUT everything came as advertised! 1:3 glock , case ,
Dummy rounds , and mini holster . It functions exactly as advertised.
I love it , perfect keychain accessory for any gun enthusiast. I only give it 4 stars because the shipping took so long but i think thats to be expected,
coming from china and all. It took 3 weeks . Honestly I think the other bad reviews are because they didn't wait long enough for it to come and posted prematurely; but that's just speculation.

I also ordered from them but I think definetly that this is a scam website. They copy the orginal site which is nxgear. Hope they got what they deserved.

This company is ridiculous. It took over a month to receive my item and now I don’t even know how to return it because there was not a label provided and they will not respond. I will be sure to post this information every day until I receive my refund.

Took 10 weeks to receive a 1911. Came with one mini replica round. Not 8. Can't cycle the one mini round. Came wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap. Cheap stamped metal.
Slick advertising. Crap product.

7 weeks of waiting for order not to be delivered to me.
No response from them to my ticket and emails.

Way cool replica except the service is horrible, only way to contact anyone is through email and do not expect a response back! The order wait time is absolutely ridiculous, I am on 6 weeks and waiting! The only way to track an order is through their site with a map style and a phrase reading “ out for order”. I may have had my CC compromised since they took the money and I have not received my product yet. I will up date further still hopeful. All in all DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will not buy from here again!

Haven’t receive my order regardless on the countless emails which had been sent across and no reply to them. From the website which stated that the item will be shipped out within 2-4 days upon receiving the payment. Now coming to a month and there’s still no news for my item! This is ridiculous!

What a scam company! I would strongly advise others not to buy anything from this website. What a douche bag company.

I order this product before reading the reviews. I wish I had read them first. First , this company is over seas. More than likely China. A month of not receiving the items i call my credit card company and stop payment. Took over two months to receive the items. I'm going to return the product. It was not worth the money. Try GOAT Guns. Better product all around.

SCAM, order Nov 2023, nothing, not even communication.

This is my second review. After one month i have been following up with this company. Finally they answer me and they said , we cancel your order and you will recive the refund in 10 days.

Ordered 2 months ago, no product came. Notified my bank and filed a complaint, received full refund and then a support team member sent me an email, very rude email. They basically told me I placed an illegal chargeback through my bank. They told me I did not resolve with them first. Well, I sent emails and while following the tracking, the item was delivered but not to me! Who I don’t know and they haven’t told me to who either but yet they want me to pay them. They claim they are contacting my bank. I guess they want my money without giving me a product. FRAUD

This was bang for buck. It took a little bit to arrive, but it did arrive. I assumed it was a scam and forgot all about it. Then it came! The keychains look great for the cost.

Ordered a toy from this website after seeing an ad on Youtube. Weeks later they say they can’t ship to the UK and i have to wait for my item. Currently waiting on a refund. Waste of time.

I see I'm not the only one that got Scammed by this company. The Best part about NX GEAR is their video. I ordered a Glock key chain on November 19th. Their claim of fast shipping is a Lie. Customer support has not returned a call, txt , or even an email. I'm certain they are not concerned with how bad their reviews are.

I ordered two gun keychains and dummy rounds. The guns did arrive, no cases and my extra rounds didn’t even ship. I spent nearly $70 on these items, which are cute, but not worth the money seeing as how all the items didn’t arrive. I’ve reached out, waiting to hear back.
