In my experience with this company, I placed an order in good faith expecting to receive the item I paid for. This is my first issue with them, and unfortunately, it has been a very negative one.

What went wrong is simple — when my package arrived, the box was empty. I immediately reached out to report the issue, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with resistance and refusal to take accountability.

The company states they have footage and shipping records; however, none of that has been shared with me to support their claim. From my perspective, I did not receive the product, and the condition of the package reflects that.

In terms of improvement, I do not believe the company is currently operating in good faith with customers when issues arise. Rather than working toward resolution, they are deflecting responsibility and relying on internal claims without transparency.

I am an honest and straightforward person, and I have provided accurate information along with supporting photos and communication. At this point, I stand by my claim that I did not receive the item I paid for, and I am seeking a fair resolution.
PS> I am going to FEDEX to have them investigate there claims!

À jeter, les bijoux sont digne de rien du tout. Même carrefour fait mieux ou Ali express, surtout ne commander pas si en plus vous avez été contacté sur Instagram. Impossible de joindre le service client pour un remboursement, bref déplorable!!! ca mérites même pas une étoile

First of all I'll start by saying when NYXGems contacted me on Instagram to be one of their brand ambassador, I didn't even know what I was getting myself into (had my doubts). But the way their team communicates with you is amazing, they very respectful, nice and professional. I'm happy with this brand and their team, I love my Jewels, love the quality... I’ve been contacted by NYX Gems to be their brand ambassador and I’m glad I agreed to be one. I love the anklets, my mom is asking for one of her own. The jewelry is available worldwide and I’m thinking of using this brand as one of my main jewelry store

Ich habe mir einige Produkte in Kooperation bestellt und nach knapp 2 Wochen ist es dann angekommen. Allgemein war ich ganz zufrieden, nur bei den Armbändern, da war die Qualität nach längerem Gebrauch weniger gut, wie die von den anderen

Schöne Ware und kommt in schöner Verpackung. Nur der Versand hat sehr lange gedauert. Wenn man die Ware nicht dringend braucht, kann ich Nyxgems auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Gioielli molto carini di vario stile, disponibili anche in acciaio inox. Viene garantita la tracciabilità dell'ordine con la spedizione gratuita in tutto il mondo. Il packaging è molto grazioso. Tuttavia bisogna osservare una cura speciale per i gioielli placcati.

Good brand and nice jewelry, comes in pretty packaging too, recommend it!
