Lovely hair! Got the tape hair extensions in the 26 length with colour 613. The quality was great, came intumescent but the driver delivered to my neighbour even after leaving a note to deliver to me direct. Happy with hair quality but had to go get off my neighbour that is rude!!!!
I will order again for the quality

Made a purchase from this site over the Bank holiday break and I was impressed with the quality of the hair. I bought the nano rings in 22 inch for 2 packs and very good quality. I received 3 days after purchase and my stylist says it’s good quality. I will be back in 3 months for more

PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this site, complete scam, they sent the wrong hair 2 weeks late and it did arrive 2 weeks later after it was the wrong hair and still not received a refund after sending this back signed for delivery. The good reviews must be fake as this is not how you run a business, the phone number is not in service and they do NOT respond to your emails. will be going down the legal route if this is not paid back .

Do not buy … when you pay for next day delivery this usually takes 1 week and this has happened on more than one occasion , they never reply to your emails either when you try to contact them . Very poor service

This is my second second order from this company. Ordered some virgin hair about a month ago and have got no complains. The quality is great and the timing was perfect.

Terrible company. Placed an order on 8th March with next day delivery, still awaiting £250 of goods. They are ignoring me when I ask where it is or for a refund. AVOID!

I’m convinced the positive reviews here are completely fake! This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a bundle of three, and they had the audacity to send me just one. When I tried to return it, they ignored my emails entirely. I had to get PayPal involved just to get a response. After PayPal opened a dispute, Nzazu pretended to agree to a return and refund—but it was all a lie. I sent the hair back, yet no refund ever came. I’ve emailed over 20 times, and while they initially responded, now they’ve completely ghosted me. This is hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. They will take your money and run! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If you’re reading this, trust the bad reviews—they’re the only real ones!

I have used them for over 7 months now

I have ordered a hair extensions for 255 £
But cancel the order because my previous hair from there have been horrible condition very cheap looking and after wash they were so dry .
However they say my refund will be refunded from 7-10 days but still haven’t received my refund !
I will report them to police and will raise. Desputive order with my bank !

Terrible company received my hair with a few wire bonds missing emailed and sent pictures they agreed to replace them but after 100s of emails they don't get back to you I have sent the faulty hair bk as all the bonds were snapping off and leaving the wires in my hair which I had to get removed I spoke to some one and they tried to tell me I have to pay to get them removed to sendbk which I know by citzens advice I did not and now no communication at all I have involved trading standards and have to go down the small claims route now I've sent the hair bk and they do not reply to me now at all disgusting people to deal with ripping people off do not buy from these I'm over 150 pounds down now

Probably the worse Extentions I’ve ever bought! Like dolls hair when washed! Lasted a couple of weeks before I had to take them all out! Emailed - no response!!! Neatly £200!!! Absolute disgrace of a company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEU LADY! Horrendous hair… even bought the beads from them, had to get ones from amazon as they just kept sliding out, was replacing at 5 per day using their beads! Never again!!!

I ordered my extensions on December 16th for next day delivery. I still haven’t received them. At first they were replying to my emails saying it would be the next day and then the day after that and now they aren’t responding at all!

Honestly scammers and worst company I ever dealt with! They take your money and don’t deliver the items. I tried to contact multiple times and all emails are being ignored!!!

I've had the hair extensions 2 months and they are terrible, they've gone what I can only explain as dolls hair, so dry and so bushy and knotted. I never use heat as I plait my hair and wear it with a natural waive, i only wash them twice a week with the proper shampoo and conditioner so noone can say I haven't looked after them. Absolutely terrible life span won't be buying again!
