I loved how personal and friendly the company is, the tutor was very clear and nice while talking, she answered all my questions and allowed me to talk first when I interrupted which is very nice and I felt bad but she was so patient and ind it made me feel at ease.

Quick response from the team! Love the clear outlines and processes provided over the phone, I was guided throughout the call and the service provided was amazing. I’ve never done anything like this and the support team I’ve spoken with are very reassuring and have made clear they are there to help, assist and provide constructive feedback. I did 3 courses with them and the most recent one I finish was the nail tech and they are amazing. Awesome support and when I failed an assessment they gave me the feedback I need to pass on my next attempt.

My experience with Hadil from NZ Beauty School was great. it took a few days due to some techical error but Hadil worked hard and helped me finalize my enrollment and get me on my way to study. Hadil was so easy to talk to and many times we would get carried away talking about our lives. She was so helpful and very professional. If I know of anyone wanting to start a career in the Beauty Industry I will be sending them Hadils way as I know they will be very well looked after.

I was guided and consulted by the lovely Hadil. She was prompt in responding to my questions and queries and was very bubbly and friendly. She went through the course and explained everything throughly and made sure I was happy and understood my next steps. She is very organised made sure to follow up on my application process. I loved and enjoyed having her as my consultant. Excellent service, I am looking forward to working with the rest of the New Zealand Beauty School members!

I think this way of learning is a good way of learning in your own time. One suggestion though.. there is soo many ways to do nails would of been nice if there was like 2 3 different videos on how to achieve the same thing. It's all about finding your own technique and having more than 1 video/ person showing you would be beneficial. For example creating the apex for Acrylics. If you go on YouTube there are many ways of creating the perfect apex. One I found on YouTube was easier and more understanding. Other than that the tutors are all very helpful.

Enquired online in regards to a course- I had the most amazing , efficient and straight forward course consultant Hadil
She was clear in her delivery of the course curriculum ,fast in the signing up, no problems what so ever with the registration and a beautiful person who I could relate to in every aspect.
Her knowledge of her work in the industry and the way she delivered it made me feel comfortable enough to sign up that day.
I also spoke to Lauren in regards to payment and finance, she was clear direct in her information which was awesome.She was very kind and patient.
Hadil referred me onto Hannah who was also lovely and orientated me on my login and course content which was also clear and very easy to understand.

I absolutely loved studying through NZ Beauty School and will certainly return when I wish to add more services. With two young children and a part time job the learn at your own pace option was one which suited me and my family well. The course was very thorough teaching everything from classics to mega volumes. The tutors were always quick to mark assignments and respond to queries I had. I feel learning through NZ Beauty School has given me the knowledge and confidence I needed to work in the beauty industry and I’m so happy to be a qualified lash technician. Building my own business is truly a dream come true and NZ Beauty School gave me all of the tools I needed to get started.
