I’ve been box dyeing my hair for 3 years and was honestly so nervous to get it done professionally, but Tash absolutely smashed it. She made me feel so comfortable through the whole process and my hair turned out amazing 🤍

Jaymee at Vivo Bethlehem Tauranga made my experience great. We're playing with toners at the moment, so I just tell him to surprise me & he says ok & does. Each time he does it, I love it, all my friends & whanau love it. Thank you so much Jaymee.

I have bought from Vivo Online several times. The dispatch of the products and service has been fantastic. Particularly this time, as I had a partially damaged product so I emailed the Online Team.
Julie has been amazing to deal with, she responded immediately and sent out a replacement of the damaged part. Fast, friendly communication and nothing was a problem. Thanks Julie :) Cheers Debs :)

Nikki made me feel so comfortable. She had such a calm, caring presence. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and she certainly delivered exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed or unsure. I was completely comfortable the whole time. It felt less like an appointment and more like being looked after by someone who genuinely cared about how you feel.

Paula always listens to what I say about my hair and always provides me with options and alternatives.

Ash and Siobhan absolutely saved me today as I had an emergency when a big amount of my long hair got stuck in a curling device. They saved my hair with a lot of commitment and humour, thank you so so much.

Tina is an excellent hairdresser and a genuinely friendly person. I look forward to getting my haircut as she understands my instructions perfectly. I would never go elsewhere, if she is available.

Vivo Rolleston is always clean and the team are super friendly, welcoming and professional. Nicole is a brilliant stylist who listens, gives honest opinions and is a cutting and styling expert. I’ve never walked out unhappy with my haircut and look forward to every visit.

I’m always leaving the salon very happy with the way my hair looks, along with how amazing the service is and how lovely and polite the staff are.

I love going to Vivo Stonebridge and getting my 12 week touch ups. Rebecca always does a great job and I always get compliments and feel refreshed after a hair appointment. Going from blonde to brunette is not easy so I enjoy knowing that I will always come out happy after my hair appointment with Rebecca.

Great customer experience at Ormiston Vivo! I was warmly welcomed and felt valued from the beginning to the end of my visit at Vivo in Ormiston. I also trusted MJ with my hair and she did a fantastic job! Will be visiting again soon... Totally recommend Vivo at Ormiston :)

I’ve been coming here for years and can’t recommend this salon enough. Sarah has been cutting my hair for over 15 years, and she is absolutely amazing.

She always knows exactly what suits me, listens carefully, and consistently delivers a great result. It’s rare to find someone you can trust with your hair for that long, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The whole team is friendly and professional, and the salon always has a welcoming vibe. I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair.

Bailey at Rathbone St Whangarei is amazing! She’s listens to what I want to achieve and explains in normal language the best way to go about it and get the best value for money. I’ve been having a balayage every 4-5 months with a toner and root melt in-between and the low maintenance is perfect for my lifestyle. Bailey gives the best head massages too 😊

Radhika makes you feel so comfortable I love the experience i have wirh her with all services she offers i would nevwr go elsewhere 10 stars
