Richard was great, he did a red book valuation survey for us for help to buy purposes. He was recommended to us and we are really glad he was. He was helpful, informative, personable and friendly. We didn’t know the first thing about the survey needed for us originally but after speaking to Richard, he made us aware of our options and made it easy for us to make an informed decision. He booked us in really quickly, and we were really happy with the outcome of the survey. Would highly recommend to anyone. Exceeded our expectations.
