Oak Exchange レビュー

Really happy with item and delivery - thank you

Great communication, I was able to plan my day.
Delivery guys were smart and polite.

Fantastic service from buying to delivery. I use Oak Exchange regularly and I can openly recommend. All of my buys have been restored to the highest quality.

I have purchased a number of items from oak exchange over the last few months. The quality of the oak furniture and the level of service from Chris and the team is excellent. I am confident that when I buy an item from them it will have been lovingly restored and be as good as it can be for a pre-loved item.

Excellent customer service from Chris. His communications were first class, was super flexible and generally did a great job.
The console table I bought was even nicer than the photo - I love it! Thank you!! Highly recommended.

Brilliant company! Extremely helpful and transparent when showing items before buying them. Would recommend 100% and will be buying more things in the future.

Fantastic!
Thank you Chris for such great communication and excellent service. It's a bit nerve-wracking buying second hand furniture without seeing it in person but the photos and descriptions were spot on, the furniture is in excellent condition and the delivery was exactly when expected. Thank you! Will definitely recommend.

Brilliant service Chris was very informative and delivered asap I can’t tell you how made up I am with my wardrobe. I will definitely be going back for more items. Excellent condition too.

Good communication and delivery.
Very easy to deal with.

Purchased the Barker and Stonehouse chest of drawers online and drove to collect. Very helpful and excellent quality items. I had a good look at 2 whilst I was there. Brilliant quality stock made from solid wood built to last. Couldn’t have had a better experience I asked Christopher lots of questions and he answered them all to make sure I got what I wanted.

Such a lovely man to deal with. We bought a lovely piece from Christopher today. Helpful, warm and friendly. Some beautiful items in his shop. Best wishes Dawn & Mike

Spoke to chris about an item I wanted, he sourced the item, great quality at a good price, he went above and beyond, kept in contact with me sending me photos of my sideboard, even delivered my item about 3hr drive, highly recommend

Got excellent service from Chris and the quality was excellent. Delivery was very quick too. Would defo recommend

From the initial contact through to collection and payment for our Oak furniture, each stage was professional, honest, and overall an excellent service. We were selling our lovely well maintained large Oak Sideboard with matching mirror via Facebook Marketplace when Chris at Oak Exchange made contact with us to make an offer. His explanation and professional attitude was good to see and we accepted his offer. We arranged a convenient time for collection and Chris was waiting at our door, bang on time as had been arranged. The monies were deposited into our account before the furniture was even in the rear of his van. The whole experience was effortless and cannot speak highly enough about Chris and his Oak Exchange company. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use Chris again if selling or purchasing any quality Oak furniture.

Chris bought some furniture from me via Facebook. He was open, communicative and kept me informed at every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his business to others. A great service.
