Buyer Beware: My Experience with Oak & Weston

I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from Oak & Weston to do their homework before placing an order.

My experience has been frustrating, a lack of clear communication and transparency, and no firm commitment on when my order would actually be delivered. When I placed my order, there was no clear indication that the shirts were out of stock or that fulfillment would be delayed. Yet shortly after placing my order, I received a promotional discount and multiple follow ups encouraging me to buy more products.

Today, I received and email that my shipment is shipped from China, something that was not made clear to me when I placed my order!

In my opinion, customers deserve transparency about product availability, shipping origins, and realistic delivery dates. Continuing to advertise and encourage additional purchases while existing orders remain unfulfilled, is not the way I believe a business should operate.

I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money. Ask questions about availability and shipping before ordering, and do not assume your order will ship domestically or arrive within a reasonable timeframe.

I wish I had known these things before placing my order.

When my shirt didnt fit the way I wanted Khris helped me in timely way to make sure I received a shirt that fit correctly. Customer service is A+ I would recommend them.

Customer service was outstanding throughout with my order. My shirts were undersized, so I needed the shirts to be the next size up. They didn't hesitate in fixing the problem and getting new shirts to me without any of the hassle you find with other retailers. Kudos to all the staff and the company for doing it right.

I will not purchase anything from Oak and Weston ever again. I contacted them several times over a delivery correction and no one called or emailed me. I starting to doubt that they even have a customer service department. The phone number to their office is a disconnected number also

The customer service with O&W was like no other! Had to exchange shirts, but didn’t have to return the original shirts, quick turn-around, and no extra payment!

Ordered 6 shirts on October 15th, 2026 and still no update or response to my inquiry about when they will arrive. This seems like another Facebook marketplace ad scam where the advertisements are too good to be true but the actual customer experience tells another story. Done using companies that advertise on Facebook.

Beware. The shirts they send are a very different specification to what they advertise.
I bought shirts that were “60% ringspun cotton and 40% polyester.”
The actual shirts that were delivered were labelled as “88% polyester and 12% elastane.”
They look shiny, cheap and nasty.

They have ignored 3 emails regarding a return, avoid this company.

The shirts run very small. Wanted to return and the policy is the company has to approve it first. Company asked for pictures so I did that. Communication was delayed every couple of days. Then a rep with the name Jelly was hardest to deal with. I kept emailing asking for the approval. Many emails. Finally Steph emailed me and was actually a great communicator and worked hard to resolve my issue. Steph gave me faith in the company. It doesn’t need to be this hard. Make it easier for people to deal with you.

Excellent customer service!
I'm normally a medium, but the medium shirts were more like a large when I tried them on.
No problem, Khris and Khreen responded really quickly and resolved the issue by sending me size small.
The small fitted me perfectly.
Nice shirts, easy wash and dry and look good in my wife's opinion 😁
I also ordered some trousers, I like them too. I ordered size 32" and they were true to size.
Highly recommend!

Great communication if you're patient,sometimes a day or two needed. My shirts came in bigger than expected, im 5-9, and a fit 195 and large was too big. They are replacing with Medums, no questions asked. Quality and cut seem great so looking forwardbto getting them!

Fantastic quality. I'd recommend going 1 size smaller than you think you'd need. They came up a little big on me. Customer service care was fantastic, very quick communications and quickly rectified my oversized ordering. Would highly recommend.

Great company to purchase from, high quality and immaculate customer service. I had an issue with my order and Khris stood by me addressing the issue until it was resolved. I have purchased from multiple online companies before and always walked away with some kind of complaint unanswered or not taking care of, but with this guys that doesn’t apply. I can’t recommend them enough, super happy with the way my issue was handled, they are mindful of your situation and offered multiple options, multiple times in order to resolve the problem, mindful of my situation and his. The one thing it struck me the most was his sincere concern and level understanding about public relations, great job Khris, too bad I can’t leave more than 5 stars because you deserve at least 12.

Needed to return the shirt that we bought because it didn’t fit, and all of our funds were returned with no issue. 100% satisfied

I bought 4 muscle stretch shirts for my son and I am impressed with the quality and fit. I ordered a size M and they fit him perfectly. I was wary to begin with buying from a company I’d seen advertised on facebook as you never know if it’s a scam site or not but both me and my son are very happy with the shirts. No complaints here at all. Many thanks. I’ll definitely be buying more. X
