I can’t praise the team at oakheart enough. Sold my property due to a seperation which is never an easy issue to deal with but it was handled professionally and respectfully. When it came time to struggle getting solicitors to action things Sammy was there to chase regularly to get the end result. Thank you to everyone for their efforts.

It is said that divorce and house purchase are two of the most difficult things in life. Unfortunately they often coincide. Oakheart Property guided me through the purchase of my new flat in difficult circumstances. I cannot thank nor praise the team enough.

Literally the best service from Oakheart. They sold my property within one day. They kept me up to date throughout the sale and assisted with all the frustrations that come with buying or selling a property. From day one when the valuation was completed to this last week getting to exchange and completion, Oakheart have been highly professional. If you’re looking to sell a property then this Estate Agent should be your go to.

Gigi and Darrell have been nothing short of amazing during our house buying process. Nothing has been easy from start to finish however they have gone absolutely above and beyond to ensure that I was kept updated and in the loop at all times. They’ve kept me reassured and kept me sane throughout what has been the most stressful experience of my life, they’ve responded promptly and professionally throughout and have given me as a clueless first time buyer the best advice and suggestions they possibly could have. If I ever decide to put myself through the trauma of moving again, I will ensure to use Oakheart without a doubt. I unfortunately have nothing to compare it to, as I’m new to this process. However from what I’ve seen my friends and colleagues experience with estate agents; this firm have been amazing and always as I say, gone above and beyond. Thanks guys!

Their professional, friendly and ‘above and beyond’ attitude stands out compared to other agents we’ve spoken to in the process. We met Charlie back in January 2020 to sell one of our flats when he worked for a previous agent and we got on straight away, he went above and beyond for us so when it came to selling our other property and we saw he’d opened up Oakheart we had no hesitation in contacting him again. Charlie and the team worked tirelessly and were always on hand at any time of day when we needed them through a really difficult process, and they finally got us over the line and are now managing the rental of our property. Would highly recommend Oakheart for selling or renting your property!!

These guys have been amazing! Me and my partner being first time buyers, we didn’t really know much about the whole process but they have been very informative and helpful and were always happy to guide us and answer any questions we had! They answer emails quickly and communicate everything! Really easy to speak to over the phone and very professional! Definitely recommend!

The best agent I’ve ever come across on service, photography and price

Oakheart have provided us with fantastic service from the moment we viewed the property up until our moving in day. The lettings team (Rich, Cara, Alesha) have been incredibly supportive throughout whenever any issues had arisen and have provided everything we needed in a timely manner. The team are extremely friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend their services to other people. A big thank you to Oakheart.

Rented with Oakheart for one year and probably the worst decision of my life. - they falsely advertised the property re contents (we had to buy white goods after being promised differently); they refused to repair maintenance issues; they try to charge the tenants for fixing plumbing issues which was down to landlord (in order to preserve their income); they left us with a broken water pump which meant no water access at night for about 5 months. When it came to renewal, we said we will not renew unless the water pump is sorted, on which occasion we were given eviction notice for asking for the repairs. We made complaints to the agency regarding the above, to which the lettings director emailed us to tell us they need to act as a business and protect their income so they will side with the landlord and they don't care about tenants. When it came to the deposit release, our check out report said we left the property in perfect condition, however the agency took over a month to get the deposit back after continuous arguments. These are just a summary of all the issues we've had renting through this estate agent, and it failed to deliver by all means any good service. Not only we ended up being evicted, but because of how poor they are, the landlord did not actually continue renting through them either. They talk a big game, but they only look after their own profits therefore, I would avoid at all cost.

I switched to Oakheart after another local agent really let me down and I really wish I’d gone with Oakheart from the start. They got everything spot on! From the initial marketing right through to handing over the keys. My property was under offer within 4 days and they kept me up to date at every stage. Ive recommended them to so many friends and they’ve since sold another 2 properties for my immediate family. I don’t intend on moving again anytime soon but when I do I’ll definitely be returning to these guys!

I first got in touch with Oakheart as they were just about to launch having had a terrible experience with another local agency. From the very first meeting with Darrell I knew I was in safe hands....Oakheart managed to sell my house in half the time it was up previously!

They checked in with me regularly and gave me the feeling that they cared about selling my house.

Oakheart have been amazing since the start.
We are first time buyers so had a million questions, Gigi is such a great asset to the team. She answers all your questions and makes you feel at ease. Our solicitor was a very tough person to get hold of so majority of our questions were given to Gigi and she excelled... I'm sure I got annoying at some point 😂
The whole team at oakheart are friendly and polite and no question is too big nor too small.
Our purchase took a long time due to circumstances out of our control but we finally got the keys yesterday and cannot wait to start making this house our home.

Personally i am writing this review as GiGi who works for OakHeart Properties has been absolutely amazing with support and encouragement throughout the process of buying my own place. As a first time buyer i have asked many questions which has never been an issue to answer and Gigi has been nothing but helpful and polite. This process has been so much easier by having someone you can personally speak to and who will really help you along the way of one of the most stressful times!
