After moving from a long established estate agent in Sudbury after only 3 viewings in 16 weeks, I was blown away by the impact Oakheart (Sudbury) had on my selling experience. Not only did I have 30+ viewings overall, the whole process to finally accepting an offer was faultless. Oakheart are highly professional and reliable, with a friendly and approachable manner. Even though the portal provides all the feedback information you need, Oakheart still provide personal feedback from viewings and the communication is exceptional. I highly recommend Oakheart Sudbury, with a special mention to Chloe and my only regret is I didn't use them sooner. Well done team Oakheart :)

Horrendous, if you are thinking of renting through Oakheart, don’t! They are my managing agents and have failed to repair any issues. The property I am renting has been deemed inhabitable and we have been met with nothing but disrespect. They still expect us to live in these conditions and suffer weeks and weeks worth of work. I cannot put into words how awful this has been. To the point I have had to request a termination. Not even a 1 star.

Korben has been the best agent we have ever dealt with.

Extremely polite, friendly gentle young man who showed that he actually cared about landlords AND potential tenants as equals which meant a lot. The landlords 92 year old mother lives on site and Korben was so sweet with her showing great respect and kindness like it was his own grandmother.

He took his time answering all our questions and was on hand to help with search apps etc which for us 'oldies' can sometimes pose a problem!

Such a lovely experience all the stress taken away by one young man thanks so much Korben!

He’s been incredibly helpful and approachable along with being so prompt to reply to emails. During the viewing he gave us time to look around and answer any questions we had.
