A brilliant service. Dannielle went over and above to make sure everything was perfect for dad’s funeral. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, as well as being efficient and ultra reliable. Having never arranged a funeral before, we felt in very good hands throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending Oaks.

From the very first moment, Dannielle and her team demonstrated the utmost professionalism, compassion, and care during one of the most difficult times of our lives. They showed genuine sensitivity and offered thoughtful, reassuring guidance when we truly needed it, helping us navigate every decision with kindness and clarity. I Would highly recommend Oaks Funeral Directors, They were fully engaged with the whole family including family friends. The whole team are so loving & caring we had there full support from the beginning right to the end and even after the funeral of our loved one.

unexpectedly lost my grandfather in January. we had no arrangements in place so I contacted several local services. Many didn't even say "I'm sorry for your loss", there was lots of hidden costs which made a difficult time confusing, we choose Oaks because of the genuine sincerity and no hidden pricing. The love, respect and care we wanted was apparent from start to finish. We know that my grandfather was cared for, looked after and treated with dignity.
There were many aspects of the funeral service that we were not familiar with, Danielle held our hand through each step; no question too silly, we never felt like an inconvenience, and we are truly grateful as a family to have had such a caring team see my grandfather out in his final chapter. Initially, due to the location, I thought they would be the most expensive, but they were the most competitive, most transparent and, more importantly, most caring.

Where do I start.... the compassion and professionalism I received from oaks funeral directors by dannielle and staff was outstanding. I really couldn't thank them enough for constantly being there when I had any questions or needed anything no matter what time of the day it was. You really are an amazing soul..... not only is this what most people would expect from a funeral directors but with this specific one I felt like they went above and beyond to make the most difficult day perfect and was made to feel like they personally knew my dad and he was well taken care of when I was no longer able too. I really could not put into words how much I would highly recommend using them. I have previously used a couple of other funeral directors when losing a loved one but I will definitely be choosing this one every time and will always recommend friends/ family to use them too. Thank you again for all you did for us and I wish you the very best in the future.
