Excellent work from Oakview. Had a poorly fitting front door, a typical problem in a new build home, and despite an initial attempt to repair it a while back under warranty it had only got worse. Oakview immediately diagnosed the issue and quickly repaired it to make not good as new, but better! Strongly recommend. Thanks again very much.

Paul is absolutely amazing, he was out on a Saturday and still decided out the kindness of his heart to come and help me, he was amazing and didn’t mind coming to help one bit, highly recommend without a doubt

Phoned in the morning about a sticking front door. As he was in the area, said he would pop round the same day. Door fixed, opening and closing freely and all done with a smile. Would certainly recommend.

I called Paul after having a new front door fitted by another company and having nothing but issues with it ever since. Paul was fab. He came out and fixed the door so that it would lock again and has offered to write us a report that we can use to go back to the other company and use in our complaint. He gave us advice on our rights as a consumer so that we can get a refund or replacement from the other company and then to top it all off he didn't even charge us a call out fee (which I would have been fully prepared to pay!). I will absolutely be using Paul again, hopefully to replace the shoddy door that we were sold by someone else. I wish I had used Oakview for the original work!!!

This Company (Paul) was punctual and very honest in analysing the problem. The work has been done and the door problem resolved.

Paul from Oakview Windows visited us today as we thought we needed a new door,due to a faulty lock. Paul could have indeed replaced it, but was able to repair it, thus saving us the cost of a replacement door. He is indeed a very genuine, trustworthy person who we highly recommend.

Having completed my garage windows, I was excited for the team to come back and do my new conservatory. they did a brilliant job, they worked so hard over a long day to try to get it all finished for me in one day, didn't quite manage it but that was a huge ask. What an amazing job from Oakview Windows. From start to finish, Paul was professional, friendly and extremely accommodating of external pressures/delays and my many changes of mind about final details. He was always at the other end of a phone or email to reassure and reorganise if necessary. His work and the quality and design of the windows and door which he fitted have completely transformed the appearance of my house,which is now starting to look like the cottage it is meant to be and is constantly being admired by members of the village as they pass by. And all at a seriously competitive price.
Can't praise Paul and his team highly enough and look forward to working with him again for the small project planned for the Spring.
