Hi Libbie,

We're really sorry to read this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We’ve checked our email records and unfortunately can’t see any communication from you regarding this issue. As a small Irish family-run business we pack thousands of orders each month, and while mistakes can occasionally happen, we always resolve them quickly when customers get in touch.

If an incorrect flavour was sent, we would absolutely replace it straight away or arrange the correct item to be sent out.

Please contact our support team at info@obvape.ie
with your order number and we will sort this immediately.

We pride ourselves on looking after our customers and hope we can resolve this for you and turn your experience around.

Kind regards,
OB Vape Customer Support
