Hi Alison,

Thanks for your review.

After checking your order, the delay was due to the age verification process required under Irish law for all vaping products. We sent an email requesting ID verification, which we must receive before we can dispatch any order.

Your order was shipped yesterday immediately after we received the required verification, and it should now be on the way to you.

We fully understand delays can be frustrating, but unfortunately we must follow strict regulations when selling vaping products online.

If you have any questions about the delivery please feel free to contact us at info@obvape.ie
.

We hope you enjoy your order and would really appreciate if you might consider updating your review now that the order has been dispatched.

Kind regards,
OB Vape Customer Support

Hi there,

Thanks for leaving your review.

After looking into this, it appears you may have ordered a shortfill e-liquid, which comes as a larger bottle of 0mg nicotine e-liquid with a 20mg nicotine shot included separately.

This nicotine shot is designed to be added to the bottle to create the final strength — in most cases 3mg nicotine once mixed.

This is standard across the vaping industry and allows customers to adjust nicotine strength while staying compliant with TPD regulations.

If you are unsure how to mix the nicotine shot or believe there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us at info@obvape.ie
and we will happily help.

We always aim to ensure our customers have the best experience possible and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Kind regards
OB Vape Customer Support

Hi Kiara,

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry that your order wasn’t correct the first time.

While we always aim to get every order perfect, occasionally mistakes can happen when packing large volumes of orders. As soon as you contacted us we arranged to correct the issue and ensure the correct items were sent out to you.

We completely understand your frustration that this required a second contact and we will use this feedback to improve our order checking process.

As a small Irish family-run business we genuinely appreciate customers bringing issues like this to our attention so we can resolve them and continue improving our service.

If there is anything further we can help with, please feel free to contact us anytime at info@obvape.ie
.

Kind regards,

Hi Pam,

Thank you so much for the lovely review — we really appreciate your support.

As a small Irish family-run business we work very hard to keep our prices fair and continue offering good deals for our customers, so it’s great to hear that this is being noticed.

We also really appreciate your suggestion about adding a note on the order page for substitutions if an item is unavailable — that’s actually a very helpful idea and something we will look into implementing on the website.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. If you ever need anything from us please feel free to contact us anytime.

And if you feel your experience deserved it, we’d really appreciate if you might consider updating your Trustpilot rating.

Kind regards,
OB Vape Customer Support

Hi Julia,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind comments about the products — we really appreciate that.

I’m very sorry to hear that the delivery felt slow on this occasion. Unfortunately, due to Irish regulations around vaping products, we are required to verify ID in certain situations before dispatching an order. This helps ensure we remain fully compliant with age-verification laws. In some cases, if we are waiting for confirmation from a customer, it can cause a short delay in the order being shipped.

That said, we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once verification is complete, and we completely understand how frustrating delays can be.

If there’s anything we can do to help with a future order or if you’d like us to review your order to see how we can improve the experience next time, please feel free to contact us at info@obvape.ie
— we’d be more than happy to help.

Thanks again for your feedback and for choosing OB Vape.

Kind regards,
Eoin
