5* Customer Service

I had an issue with a particularly expensive pair of glasses that I actually purchased elsewhere (from the brand itself) of whom would do nothing for me despite the product being well within warranty.

I already knew about OCO, had seen their shop and am now more than glad that I went in to see if there was any way they could help.

The whole team was understanding. They were great to talk to, their service was second to none and more importantly my glasses were fixed and delivered to me as new. I can't thank them enough. More than recommend OCO.

Amazing service!

Ordered at 7am and delivered at 2pm the same day. Amazing service and original products. Would definitely recommended.

I order some thom browne glasses at OCO they would be at my place in 4 days to bad fedex lost them it took a week before i decided to contact OCO self Jennie send a respons in a mather of min's en promised me they whould arange it. they did i would definitely order again ore even fly over to london to buy my glasses here great service.
