What an incredible company, this is how service should be. After searching for a specific pair of sunglasses I came across this site. Their prices are incredibly competitive but what really bowled me over was the service. Unbelievable. I received my order literally within 24 hours & was continually informed of its progress.
I will now only buy from this company.

Swift and prompt (!) delivery of an identical frame to replace my favourite Örgreen frame which were accidentally damaged. Beautifully packaged.

I knew the glasses I wanted and found them on OCO, they were really well priced and I was very happy with their service.

I'd seen a pair of glasses locally which I really liked, found a similar looking frame on OCO but wasn't sure if it was the right colour. I spoke with Elizabeth via the online chat service and she quickly clarified that they were the right style and colour. I placed the order and the glasses were dispatched the next day! Free delivery, great service and £120 cheaper than the high street price. Can't say better than that.

OCO have been great. The glasses I ordered arrived the very next day and were exactly as described. Customer service was fantastic- they let me know when the specific colour I wanted was back in stok and I would definitely recommend them.

Jennie @ OCO was really nice, fast with exceptional and helpful service. She replied to all my email queries within the same day. Don't even worry about entering your prescription incorrectly. It was soo very helpful that there was the option to just email Jennie with a scanned copy. This made the process so EASY and FLAWLESS. I loved it. My awesome Charles Stone New York glasses arrived two days later! And I mean they are so nice. I definitely, absolutely 200% recommend. It doesn't get any better than this. I'd been looking for a new frame in blue for over a year. I found a perfect pair at OCO. After a wee hiccup placing my order, I got superb customer service from Jennie. Once my order was placed, I had my frame in less than 24 hours delivered to my home! The packaging was excellent and the excitement I felt when I saw my frame and then tried it on....Success! Delivered quickly, informed of progress, good packaging

After having ordered frames from another so-called company, which turned out to be a scam, I was hesitant in ordering from the internet again. However I saw the Gucci frames I wanted in a local store and then looked for them online.I found them on the Oco site which were half the price of the ones locally. I ordered them just after midnight and noticed there was a voucher for 20% off, but the voucher should have run out at midnight. However I put the voucher code in and Oco accepted it. So I paid under half for an authentic pair of Gucci frames. On top of that they were delivered one hour before the delivery time given, and I was able to track the delivery driver Neil, from very early on the Tuesday morning. Thank you Oco, I shall certainly buy from you again and tell my friends of your genuine service.

I was unsure of buying glasses online (again), after having a bad experience with a different website. Was put at ease by all the reviews for OCO, and decided to take the plunge.
Frame size i wanted was out of stock, but i emailed Jen and she kindly informed me when they would be available.
I ordered the frames with prescription lenses on Saturday evening, and they arrived Tuesday afternoon.
Great service- thanks Jen, and the glasses are super.

I've never ordered glasses online before and was naturally nervous. What would they look like on? Have I filled out my prescription properly? are they actual ray bans to be so cheap? When they arrived all my questions and doubts were answered and I couldn't be happier. The fit wonderfully and my prescription is perfect! I will definitely be ordering from this site again, I feel silly for not doing it sooner!
