Ordered a pair of hand warmers on the 9th September. 8 days later status still shows 'unfulfilled' despite their claim that shipping is within 2- 5 days. Have sent 2 emails both of which have been ignored. Payment was taken immediately. I have now instructed them to cancel my order and give me a full refund. Very poor customer service. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. Avoid

Terrible company and customer service.I ordered 4 handwarmers one month ago.Still didn't receive update that my package is sent, I wrote 3 e-mails to their customer support with no reply from their side.Don't order from their webpage.

Bought one of these for playing golf as I have arthritis in one of my hands. Charged the hand warmer up to full and after only 4 holes ( 1 hr ) the thing was dead. Their documentation states that the estimated working time is based on tests done at 25 deg C !! Who needs a hand warmer at that temp !! I was using mine when the temp was approx 4 deg so think before you buy.

Bought the magnetic Ocoopa hand warmers model UT3055 that are supposed to stay warm for 4hrs each.
They only lasted 2 hours each.They tried to tell me that in cold outdoor weather they won't last as long.
I proceeded to tell them I carried out a test in my kitchen with an ambient temp of 22degs and they still only lasted 2 hours . Fighting with them for weeks now trying to get a full refund for a faulty product . They are now trying to offer me a 20% discount for a product that is faulty . Not a hope am I taking it , pushing for a full refund or an upgrade to a better more reliable product and hopefully one that does what it says on the package .. Very bad company to deal with .. They are based in Bejing ...

Terrible company and terrible customer service. If you want to send the product back, they will not give you the address of where the package need to be send to. Instead they will try to give you a small discount for the product you bought but after ten times asking I still don't have the information i'm looking for,

I purchased 2 hand warmers on the 19th of December and received the package on the 23rd without any problems, everything was perfect, this product is so great, I should have discovered it earlier

Terrible experience - avoid at all costs. The website has a shipping countdown to buy items to guarantee your item is delivered before Christmas. This is fake. They didn’t have the colour item I wanted and sent me an email if I could ask for another. I did. They pretend I didn’t send that update until I shared a screenshot. The shipping wasn’t sent out for weeks. The tracking ID provided is fake. Their entire operation is terrible

I hesitate to give a poor review before I even receive the product, but I ordered in mid-November and have received no update. The tracking info said it was just shipped on Dec 12th with no estimated date of arrival. This makes us consumers really wary that we're being scammed and I really hate that feeling.

I ordered 2 hand-warmers over 1 month ago, costing €75:84. I haven't received them. I contacted Ocoopa twice about this and still no handwarmers.

Product didn’t arrive by required date. No shipping confirmation as per their T and C’s. Therefore cancelled by email. Ocoopa refused cancellation saying product had been shipped. I highlighted that if it had been shipped I would have had a shipping email. Reported to Paypal and thankfully their resolution centre made a chargeback in my favour.

Fast shipping & great product. Really pleased!
