The buying experience was very efficient. The packaging is gorgeous.
The dressing gown is for a Christmas present so can’t comment on quality yet. I am sure it will be wonderful & very much appreciated.

Good experience with online ordering and prompt delivery. Lovely products too - fabric is a good weight and feels lovely. Only slight downside is that while it all appears well made, some of the stitching does not look as good as it could. But that's not obvious and overall am delighted.

Ordered a striped tablecloth for outdoor use in warmer weather. The parcel received was well packaged using sustainable materials and was delivered on time to the door. It was a nice surprise to receive such a quality item and service from an online retailer. Would order from Ocoza again soon for their quality and designs.

Really happy with my percale bedding set in the Mint, really good value so was worried it wouldn't be that good, but was really pleased I took the chance as it came so well packaged (like what you would get for something handmade) no plastic packaging. Also a cute gift not sure if it was a wooden bracelet or something to hang somewhere but cute all the same :)

Washed well, and better than my Egyptian cotton to sleep in (seemed lighter/cooler), so I'm likely to buy another one in a different colour.
