Terrible products. Late deliveries. 0 customer service.
A bunch of lazy pot heads with no real life skills.

Owned by the Ontario government. Need I say more. Service is beyond terrible.

Let's you put in an Alberta address but when you try to check it says ontario only. Ridiculous website .

My shipment came in a box. Opened the box and the container lids were damaged. I weighed the product and it was less than what I paid.

2 months after my complaint, I was told there were no issues with my shipment.

Better to stick with the illegal places where they have a face

I don’t recommend Jonney Chronic 510 vape batteries, ocs .ca is selling a dangerous product I feel people need to be warned. We bought 3 new batteries from ocs, went to charge one and it exploded while charging . It shot the contents out the end like a canon shooting a flame 3 feet out the end cap and got plastic that had burned my wife slightly, as well a bunch stuck to our leather couch. We had to rush our birds into another room because of all the smoke and horrid smell. I couldn’t breathe with my asthma so I had to leave as my wife tried to look after the situation. Absolutely sickening that these batteries are on the market. And all Ocs said was they will refund them, while we had to spend a ton of time to clean up the mess their product left. I definitely do not recommend ocs.ca

Over dried..under cured and lack of diversity in genetics. Best to grow your own or stick with traditional market.

Very inconsistent ship times normally its.fine this last time it's taken them over 4day now more to get it shipped out.then I have to wait 3 to4 days in the mail it's unacceptable for any business to work like that.

dont order seeds. even though say female the could be male and will not do nothing for you.

I had a recent interaction with OCS customer support regarding two orders I placed on March 26th. The chat experience itself was pleasant — Danielle, the support rep, was super friendly, polite, and professional throughout. She made the process feel personable and was quick to respond once verification was complete.

That said, I was a little disappointed to learn both of my orders were delayed despite being placed before the advertised shipping cut-off time. There was no notification sent out about the delay, which left me in the dark for a few days. Since I’ll be out of town when the orders finally ship, I ended up requesting a refund — something that could’ve been avoided with clearer upfront communication.

Overall, the customer service rep was great, but the fulfillment side left something to be desired. Hopefully, the process gets smoother in the future!

Ocs needs to improve quality of products, that's right ocs sells mostly garbage weed. Can't even compare with black market. Seeds I just bought are are growing but low and behold I have hermies. Don't waste your money at ocs shop the old school way,for better service and products plus seed guarantee.

Asked for more info on a seed product. Told to contact supplier for more info about thc content etc. was not given link info or info stated on OCS site from supplier stating OCS has requested info. The S in OCS stands for store but is the worst store I have ever shopped in.customer service is very basic and not much help for me.

99% of the cannabis sold by OCS in Ontario as of 11/21/2024 is dead flower with no proper chemical composition.

BLK MKT used to be the one and only LP that had proper product (used to be Jealousy, Exclusives #4. rest of their products are just as a bad.) but it seems like they falling off as well.

I'm paying over $15,000 a year on cannabis.
Fly to Florida or California try the cannabis there you will see the difference...

I have made several purchases from this store in the past. No problems. This year it was terrible. The first 5 seeds I purchased were duds. None of them germinated. So I put out another 50. And only 2 seeds germinated. So I ordered and paid another 50 and only 2 germinated. So after putting out $150.00, only 4 seeds germinated. They sent me autos which I knew nothing about. I grow these outside why would they send me indoor seeds. I’m very disappointed

Received empty canister. On Sunday, before Canada Day Monday. So, I can’t even contact anyone. Needless to say, I will just take the loss, and shop at a local shop from now on.

Nothing is fresh. Quality of Marijuana was alot better before it was legalized. They package the weed into containers with a stupid moisturizing pad to keep it moist for the 10 months it has been on the shelf for waiting for customer to buy it. GARBAGE.

Awful experience with OCS terrible managers all awfully rude and uncalled for haven’t got a clue how to treat or speak to employees with any respect, I tried to make a complaint about 1 member of management then to be rudely shouted at by that members manager not holding her staff accountable only the employees also they over work the staff with bearly any break for the amount they do it’s a joke of a company

Horrible company to do business with.
LP's and retailers have to bend over backwards to this monopoly of a corporation.

OCS is what it is. Like to see better consistency through their LPs on products being sold especially the hash. Most is jelly hash but got label of Chara's or templeball
Both can't be made in Canada due to restrictions, can't see a LP having staff hand rub fresh greasy trichomes into Chara or templeballs yet Jelly hash can be sold under that branding like selling sparkling wine with champagne branding on label.

Main reason for being here is their Reddit account r/THEOCS seems they don't like when you advertis their seed products on their reddit page. Or expressing that ziplock bags don't belong in the legal market. Like support a local grower for a ziplock if you want ziplock bagged weed
