I really appreciate the clarity of Caroline's communication. Her help in articulating my goals and the accountability she provides are invaluable. We're only part way through our journey, but I'm already feeling more in control and less anxious.

Colin was great - really helpful and gave practical advice - which is key when there is so much information out there. It's easy to become overwhelmed

Had 2No productive calls to date which have resulted in 2No main actions being completed:
1) Health policy review - now on new policies and upto date
2) Monthly income and expenditure review

I have a financial plan set up but my main issue with this is, the figures inputted do not allow Net pay less monthly deductions to be considered.
Due to many financial commitments (monthly deductions) like most, for me the plan is on the more favourable side when considering Net pay less financial commitments. Currently the financial plan shows we have more money left that we actually do to be saving which is not realistic.

Other than the above, excellent service and as a result of meetings to date, financial review completed and looked to be on track for a comfortable retirement.

I never write reviews, but a review for Octopus Money is certainly called for. Terrence is wonderful. He is so informative, and helpful. I have never had such a clear, and positive outlook on my finances. Since my sessions with Terrence, my partner and I feel positive about our financial success and future... I always look forward to my sessions, they are insightful and I gain even more knowledge and understanding about money and financial education each session.

Very helpful support from customer service executive (Bery Sharif), regarding the transfer of a cash isa into the existing octopus stocks and share isa.

Excellent couple of sessions with Caroline so far, have taken some really useful tips already and also looked at longer term financial planning. Looking forwards to the next sessions and seeing some tangible benefits in my personal finances.

My pension was moved from evestor to octopus in Dec 2023, I found it a smooth transfer, I recently decided to move to another pension provider for my personal choice not anything to do with octopus just wanted all my pensions in one place, I emailed them regarding issues and they were answered in a timely manner, very helpful customer service, never had an issue with them in the year I was a customer.

I’m trying to transfer an ISA from Octopus Money. I didn’t choose to be part of this company, I was bought from another.
There has been a massive collapse in the value of my ISA since I started this process and three weeks on Octopus still hasn’t made the transfer. I’ve transferred between other companies and it’s taken a few days.
Terrible service and a huge money loss. I don’t want a placating customer services response, I want my transfer and I want you to look at your methods.
Other potential customers: avoid Octopus Money!
