Financial plan shared is very visual and was well explained.

Bery has kept me up to date and also is a pleasure to communicate with. The human element that can often be lost in digital communication is not lost by Bery, which i really appreciate.

I have a stocks and shares ISA, which I opened to invest an inheritance, with a company which Octopus Money Ltd bought. I like the Octopus website. I don't have to communicate via web chat in order to withdraw money. Today I had a query and Bery replied to my e-mail within an hour, explaining everything very clearly.

Bery gave me a very clear and prompt response to my question.

the true test of customer service is what happens why things go wrong. In this case, Octopus Money, and in particular, Grace Orome, were fantastic. they persevered to resolve an issue that they didn't cause, and kept me updated throughout. Thank you!

Well laid out plan, clear instructions and easy to understand actions and goals, and expectations to achieve the results I want.

Caroline really helped me get organised with an easy to follow action plan. Having not being very disciplined most my adult life and living with my head in the sand, I finally bit the bullet in getting my finances in order and work towards the goal of buying my first home. My biggest worry was being judged and not understanding financial terms, but Caroline was the opposite of my expectations. She was very patient, approachable, and explained things in an understandable way. Now I feel much more confident in managing my money going forward!

Been with Octopus Money for a couple years now through a workplace benefit programme, been meeting with my coach on a quarterly basis and has been a very helpful experience. I think my biggest pro to connecting with a money coach is that you have someone to stay accountable to, and makes sure you're staying on track with your spending and goals.

Suzanne is absolutely brilliant at what she does. I'm not great with money management, but she has made me feel like I can achieve my goals by going through all of my finances with me and creating a very clear plan of action. I now feel like I have achievable goals. Thank you!

Great customer service experience received from Bery Sharif today.

I was returning to Octopus Money Coach Service for the second time and I had specific requests for the type of service I was looking for.
Bery carefully listened to these and very quickly found the right Coach and arranged a call for me with him this week.
She was diligent, efficient, and very helpful and professional, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Disappointing.
Automatic transfer from Openmoney to Octopus Money a few years ago.
Had a call with an advisor who tried to sell the services etc only for him to backtrack after as they don't offer the advice service to those of us from Openmoney, apparently.
Emailed an enquiry the other day re drawdown, to be told that Octopus Money don't have this feature.
Right.
So, you can't advise me, and you can't let me access my money.
The advisor went on to basically say tough luck, you may as well tranfer elsewhere; heres your account number, off you pop.
I don't feel a valued customer by Octopus Money.
Not impressed - and yes, will, be transferring out.

I found it incredibly valuable. I learnt a lot about my finances and options for the future.
I feel much more in control and optimistic about some changes I can make now that will help me achieve my financial goals
