Our experience with Puja Hathi in sourcing our first mortgage was brilliant from start to finish - she was extremely attentive and replied to every query promptly and helped guide us through the process - couldn't recommend more!

Avoid octopus money at all costs
My wife applied to cash in her pension on 24-2-26 they said 7-10 days for payment then they changed it and said 7-10 days then another 3-5 days to pay out Friday 13th March called they confirmed money would be in wife’s account by close of business No money
Today Monday phoned and they said money will be paid tomorrow now changed it again saying they only completed paperwork today 16th March and will be another 3 days
Octopus money are telling complete lies no customer care
Basically tough luck you have to wait
This was a virgin pension that was brilliant and changed to octopus without telling my wife it seams they have issues paying money out

I had a direct debit query and emailed Octopus Money (OM) about it. The next day I got a call from Omar and he explained things clearly and professionally. Whilst OM don’t currently offer the service I was requesting, they hope to in the future and Omar took a few more details to flag this up for an improvement their end. We were able to plan a fix in the interim and then Omar followed up with a clear email. Very impressed with the service received and Omar is a credit to OM. Thank you.
