Regarding your blocked account, it was closed at your own request until 2027, and you have reached out to us a few times asking to reopen it. Unfortunately, according to our license policy, we are not able to reopen accounts that were self-excluded in this way.

There have been no deductions from your account other than 1,034 INR related to a violation of our Terms of Service. As the funds never arrived on our side, there’s nothing else we can do from our end. In such situations, the payment is usually refunded automatically by the payment app or your bank.
