im writing regarding a serious problem with the withdrawal of my funds from my 1win account and the lack of a clear resolution for an unreasonably long time. My 1win account is registered with ID : 358360694, and I use the Indonesian version of 1win.
On 12 April at around 04:00 p.m, I requested a withdrawal via BCA Indonesia bank transfer to my own bank account in Indonesia BCA account. After waiting until 16 April night, I still had not received the money and there was no meaningful status change on my withdrawal. Because nothing happened, I cancelled this withdrawal by myself and tried again by requesting several smaller withdrawal amounts. In total, the amount withdraw is 110,500,000 IDR.
my funds have still not been paid out. I contacted the 1win website chat support, and they instructed me to write email to securi**@1win.social. I have already sent many emails to this address multiple times, but I have not received any concrete solution or clear explanation. The latest answer from 1win security was that they are verifying my game account and that during this inspection the ability to withdraw funds may be restricted, but since then nothing has progressed and I still cannot access my money.
I find it unacceptable that such a large amount of my own funds is being held for this long without a clear timeline, detailed explanation, or effective support. I request that my account verification be completed urgently and that my total withdrawal of 110,500,000 IDR to my BCA account be processed without any further delay.

1Win Account Blocked Without Any Reason
I created an account on 1win and deposited ₹50,000 via upi bank transfer to bet on Indian Premier League cricket. When the match was cancelled due to rain, I decided to use the same deposited amount to play Aviator instead. After that, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 through IMPS to my bank account on 6 April.
Shortly after I made this withdrawal request, my 1win account was blocked without any explanation. I have already completed all verification steps and submitted my documents as requested, but my account remains blocked and I am not receiving any clear or proper response from customer support. Because of this situation, I currently cannot access my account balance and I feel that I have effectively lost my ₹50,000.
I request that my 1win account be reactivated so that I can access my balance and complete my withdrawal of ₹50,000 via IMPS as originally requested. I expect a clear explanation for the account block and a quick resolution of this issue.

BIGGEST SCAM OF MY LIFE
This is by far the biggest scam I have ever experienced in my life. Do NOT use this platform under any circumstances. I’m completely serious, if you choose to use it, you are taking a huge risk of losing your money. I deposited a significant amount, and the money was immediately deducted from my mobile wallet. However, on the platform, the transaction was stuck as “pending.” I contacted support, and they told me to wait 24 hours. After 24 hours, nothing changed. When I contacted them again, they gave me another useless, copy-paste response and told me to wait 1 to 7 days. No real help, no explanation, just delays. Then on the third day, the transaction suddenly changed to “cancelled.” I thought I would at least get my money back, but no. No refund, no solution, nothing. My money simply disappeared. This is not just bad service, this feels like a complete scam. They take your money and then hide behind automated responses until the issue disappears. I am beyond frustrated and angry. Avoid this platform at all costs unless you’re willing to lose your money.

I am writing regarding a issue with a 50,000 INR deposit I made to 1win account (344724155) by bank transfer on 2 February through my IndusInd Bank mobile app. The transfer was completed as an internal bank transfer because the receiver account is also with IndusInd, and the amount has been debited from my bank account, but it has still not been reflected in my 1win wallet.
For around 50 days now, I have been contacting your support team and they keep giving me the same answer, asking for a 12‑digit UTR number and a UPI screenshot. However, this payment was not made via UPI but as an internal bank transfer from my IndusInd Bank app, so I do not have the type of UPI screenshot they are requesting. Despite explaining this clearly, I have not received any real assistance or solution and my 50,000 remains stuck.
I also want to clarify that the payment which was previously shown in your system as refunded is a different, earlier transaction. That earlier payment was already reversed to my account. After that refund, I made a new deposit of 50,000, and this is the payment I am asking you to resolve now. Your team appears to be investigating the wrong transaction, which has already been refunded, instead of the new deposit that is still missing.
For this current 50,000 payment, a 12‑digit UTR was never generated because it was processed as an internal IndusInd Bank transfer. Instead, a 13‑digit reference number was generated for this transaction. At the time of the deposit, the 1win app was only allowing a 12‑digit UTR to be entered, so by mistake I entered the UTR of the earlier, already reversed transaction. This is why your team keeps referring to the refunded payment instead of the new one. I have completed the current transaction correctly and provided all available details, and I should receive the corresponding credit in my 1win account.
I request that my 50,000 INR be either immediately credited to my 1win wallet or refunded back to my IndusInd bank account, and that a clear explanation be provided as to why this issue has not been resolved for such a long time despite my repeated attempts to cooperate with support.

To my surprise, my account was suddenly blocked under Rule 12.8, stating involvement in arbitrage betting.
I would like to clearly state:
I have not made any significant profit from your platform.
I have not used multiple accounts, system glitches, or any unfair methods.
I have only placed bets based on the odds provided on your platform, just like any normal user.
I would like clarification on the following:
1. How can you conclude within just 6–7 bets that I have violated your rules?
2. How do you determine whether I have placed bets on other platforms?
3. If there is no connection between bookmakers, what is the issue if a user uses multiple platforms independently?
4. If arbitrage is not allowed, why are different odds offered that naturally create such opportunities?
I deposited ₹4,000 just one day prior, and blocking my account immediately after that raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.
If you do not wish to continue my access to your platform, I request you to refund my deposited amount at the earliest.
I have not seen that any bookmaker delete players account without notification or approval.
I expect a clear explanation and fair resolution, rather than a generic response citing internal policies.
