We understand how important timely payments are, and we’re sorry for the delay you’ve experienced. Recently, we transitioned to a new payment provider after issues with our previous one, which caused some delays in processing payouts. Payments have now resumed and are being handled.

At the moment, Skrill is not available as a payment option, but we’re actively working with our provider to expand the available methods, including adding more flexible options in the near future.

Please provide us with your username and we will check your case immediately and ensure it is reviewed as quickly as possible.
