Tarda mucho, enlaces incorrectos y rotos cuotas errónea constantemente, etc... UN DESASTRE.

Constantemente se quedan los pronostico horas aunque en las casas han cambiado. Te prometen casas que no existen luego en la práctica. para mi ni gratis la usaría. una pérdida de tiempo. Lo venden como lo mejor pero lo único que te hace es perder el tiempo.

Igual con alguna casa de Asia o así funcionara pero lo que es con las corrientes de España un puñetero atraso.

Ya os digo no lo recomiendo. Hay un montón de personas que se dedican a esto que lo hacen infinitamente mejor y mucho más barato.

Llevo apenas 3 semanas usando Betburger y la verdad que es muy buena, al comienzo dudé de como es el arbitraje deportivo, pero al usarlo fue bastante practico a pesar que no tenía experiencia en esto. Tiene muchas casas deportivas y muchos deportes por no decir todos. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Es el mejor software que he probado. Tienen las casas de apuestas mas importantes, es muy util para encontrar surebets manuales ya que muchas casas nacionales o poco conocidas no estan en los softwares pero al tratarse de casas de apuestas, todas se copian del que sabe mas. En este caso todas se copian de las casas marketmakers que estan en Betburger!

No merece la pena pagas una suscripcion para nada. Como tardes mas de 2 min en realizar la apuesta ya pierde el valor de la valoubets.
Y ya ni hablar que en muchas ocasiones pones el partido donde en la casa da apuestas que pone y no existe ese partido si no es una liga conocida. Le quise dar otra oportunidad pero no merece la pena ya.

Sto usando Betburger da qualche mese e mi trovo benissimo. Certo, bisogna applicare le strategie giuste per riuscire ad essere in gain.

La verdad me gusta mucho que sea intuitivo, te ayudan con un buen soporte, aunque soy de peru realmente me gustaria que agreguen mas ya que en peru se que da corto, por lo demas son buenos. <3

agora alem de ter essa qualidade toda o betburguer tem uma equipe maravilhosa e dedicada que faz de tudo para melhorar ainda mais os serviços prestados e que dão o seu melhor para entregar o melhor para nós.
já fazem 5 anos utilizando o BB e tendo bons resultados.

I signed up for BetBurger expecting to try it out and see if it was right for me. Within 10 minutes of accessing the platform, I realized it wasn't what I was looking for and immediately froze my account — a feature they provide for when you're not planning to use the service. I hadn’t even completed my account setup, which they later emailed me about.

Given that I didn’t use the product in any meaningful way, I thought requesting a refund or even a partial one was reasonable. Unfortunately, I was met with rigid, impersonal policies and a flat-out refusal.

After reviewing their refund page, it’s clear that BetBurger’s policy is designed to protect their revenue, not their users. They mention they may deduct:

Charges based on a 7-day minimum, even if you used just minutes,

A €35 “compensation fee”,

A 6% processing fee,

And they even say you won’t get a refund if it’s your own fault — including if the service just doesn’t work well for you.

Even worse, there’s no consideration for how little time was spent on the platform. No cooling-off period, no grace window, no room for human understanding. Just blanket refusal.

I’m not someone who typically asks for refunds, and yes — I didn’t read the terms in detail before purchasing. But honestly, how many people read fine print expecting to be denied a refund after 10 minutes of non-use?

Bottom line:

If you're unsure whether BetBurger is for you, don’t expect any flexibility or customer support.

Their refund policy is heavily weighted against users and lacks basic fairness.

Even acting in good faith and barely using the platform gets you nowhere.

I’d recommend trying a service that stands behind its product and values real customer satisfaction — not just strict enforcement of fine print.

Edit: Bad if you're in ONTARIO: I’ve now confirmed that BetBurger does not support Ontario-licensed versions of major casinos like MGM, and isn’t interested in doing so.

If you're in a regulated market like Ontario, you're better off elsewhere.

I’ve moved on to tools that prioritize legal usability and real-world support.
