Good Tea Bad Customer Service :(

Up until recently I have been delighted with Offblak and have rated the company highly. The tea is good, I will not dispute this, but the customer service is really bad - to the point of rude :( I have now cancelled my subscription.

I wrote to you about cancelling my subscription. Apparently you chose to ignore that email. Once again I am going to cancel my subscription to your tea.

adjust/deactivate/control your subscription.

Birthday gift set

I've got the birthday gift set as a present. Don't think I would have bought it since it's a little pricey, but every flavour is so rich and intense that actually it worths its price!

Exceptional, consistent quality...

I love Offblak's teas. They have some of the most delicious flavours I've tried and the quality is exceptional across the board. It can sometimes take a little while for items to be shipped, but it's worth the wait!
