Ik kocht een refurbished Herman Miller Aeron, super tevreden mee, mooie staat. Ook super vriendelijk aan de telefoon.

It's 4.5 out of 5. The chair arrived on time, the box was damaged but the chair looks fine. It had a bent metal part that I had to bend back, it requires long pliers but I managed with an adjustable wrench. I had to use their support email, they replied fast and provided a link to a YT video of how to fix that metal part. But honestly they should have all the videos and manuals on their website. It would have saved me a good amount of time. Otherwise the chair is good

Very good support from the support team, especially Rowan!

I get information that chair is in preparation. After 10 days, I make call and nobody know nothing about my order!
I must send again payement and lose time and nervs.
Chair is came after few days. Condition is ok

The friendly customer support cleared up minor issues quickly so i can now wholeheartedly reccommend Offeco.

All good, except for some minor broken pieces from the chair, that I couldn't identify.

J'ai commandé chez eux une chaise Hermann Miller il y a quelques années, qui s'était malheureusement usé au niveau du dossier avec le temps.
Offeco a été très réactif et arrangeant pour me faire parvenir des pièces détachés à moindre coût.

Uitstekende service! Tijd geleden een heel fijne Herman Miller bureaustoel gekocht. Recent ook een hoofdsteun erbij besteld, alleen dat bleek geen ideale fit voor mijn zithouding. Na overleg met Offeco sturen ze me kostenloos een ander, verstelbaar model. Klasse!

The support team has been extremely helpful in solving a problem I had with my order, going great lengths to help me. I'm very satisfied also with the chair, which looks and feels brand new.

Offeco treated me really good. I had problems with the shipment due to errors made by the shipment company in Spain where I live but they managed to try again with the shipment and this time made an excellent job. My refurbished Leap chair is in pretty good condition and works perfectly! Special thanks to the assistant Bas Kuiper that managed to solve all the problems I had, answered really quickly and did his best.

Ik heb een Herman Miller Aeron met een kapotte gasveer. 20 jaar oud, intensief gebruikt maar op de gasveer na in hele goede staat. Perfect advies gekregen van Offeco, zowel over vervanging van de gasveer als tips voor montage. Heel erg blij mee. Na een uurtje prutsen zit ik nu weer als een koning, dankzij Offeco.

Bought a Herman Miller chair on their website for a good price. It was shipped from the Netherlands to France in 3 days. The chair was nicely refurbished and the package protective enough.
One screw was stripped and I could not properly assemble the full chair but the customer service replied quickly and sent me a pair of new screws for free. Very good experience !

My experience was good. I've ordered Mirra Butterfly basically for half price to Slovakia and it's arrived in cca 1 week. There were signs of use, but chair was nice and in great condition except one part, that was broken lever. They offered me compensation 25 EUR if it works and it is just covered or change whole frame for new frame if part is broken. We have changed parts with no problem and delivery was even faster then first delivery. My guess is that problem was packing and manipulation with box during transport. Anyway problem was solved and I was satisfied. Be careful, you have to put your chair together, so be sure you will check some Herman Miller videos before you will start.

They quickly delivered a Haworth Zody to me in Sweden.
It looked and felt great. A part broke the other day and they sent me a replacement without issue.

The technical support was great from the first contact. Also i'm very satisfied with the chair offered.

I wanted Aeron for a long time, finally splurged. No regrets, thank you! The chair is basically new, no signs of use, despite being advertised as show room model. Castors even came sealed.

The chair arrived neatly packed with a lot of padding,
everything is perfect, and was relatively easy to assemble (after finding some youtube videos).

Some wishes / what could have been better:
1. Better shipping communication (when there is a delay expected)
2. Add some basic assembly instructions or relevant youtube link

De stoel was besteld met lendensteun maar heb ik gekregen zonder lendensteun. Ik heb hier voor gebeld en ze hebben dit correct aangepast en de module lendensteun opgestuurd. Ik geef vijf sterren niet omdat het aanvankelijk misliep, dat kan namelijk bij iedereen eens gebeuren, maar omdat ze het zeer goed oplosten en correct afhandelden.

The chair I got is great, and I've been basically pretty happy with the purchase- once it finally arrived.

While they seem like very nice folks, I felt they didn't completely have their professional act together.

The site home page says "Delivery time within 1-5 business days" What they fail to mention is-

1) That's only, maybe, if you're in NL or BE
2) If you don't live in either of those countries it will probably take quite a bit longer.
3) They apparently often customize each order which will delay your order even more.
4) There seems to be some disconnect between the order department and customer support where they don't know what the other is saying or doing so you'll often get conflicting stories when your order is a week late and you're trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

This is one of the last emails they sent me-

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced, both regarding the delivery time and the minor cosmetic points you mentioned. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded the delivery costs in full for the inconvenience caused.
The refund has already been processed and will be credited back to you under the name “Mollie”, which is our payment provider.
You are absolutely right regarding expectations around delivery times. We have last week updated our delivery information to be more transparent, especially for international customers. You can find the updated page here:

Previously, the delivery time was stated as up to 8 working days. In practice, as also shown in your case, we realistically need around 8-12 working days in busy periods, and this has now been clearly adjusted.

As stated they refunded my shipping fees as a small token. I just looked at their site and they don't state clearly on the home page that for most countries will be 3-12 days, but that info is showing on their delivery info page. That's better than nothing.
Their chat support is super fast and responsive so you can always double check before ordering.
If you're not is a rush these guys are really decent.

Goede kwaliteit bureaustoel. De stoel zit prima en voldoende mogelijkheden om naar wens aan te passen.
