Brillaint customer service, quick efficient with delivery and always friendly and helpful

an amazing company to deal with, great customer service and coffee is amazing! defiantly recommend.

We have been with the Office Coffee Company for some years now. Love their products and service, so much so that we recently upgraded our machine! Could not be happier and the feedback from our members and visitors is amazing! Highly Recommend!

Great company to work with always quick to help and send out orders!

First time working with The Office Coffee Company and I couldn't have been happier with the level of professionalism and great service. Everyone was super helpful throughout the installation process and on hand to answer any queries we had.

I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice shinny new machine for their office!

As a company, we have recently signed up to the OCC and honestly we cannot find fault in any process. The team, especially Sophie, have been informative, resourceful and friendly from the beginning.

It took us a while to find a plumber who could come and install the pipes we needed, and at no point did we feel pressure from OCC to 'hurry' and sort this out.

The machine works like a dream, the staff all love it and it is a great addition to the office.

Thanks again to the whole team, we really appreciate all you have done and continue to do for us!

Helpful, kind caring staff who will do their best to make sure you have no problems. Good quality machines with a very quick call out time for any issues that might occur

We wanted to upgrade our old Boss machine to a new fresh milk equivalent. Office Coffee really made the process easy. They carried out a site survey firstly, then returned to install and test the machine. They removed the old machine and brought our first supplies along. We now have caffeinated and de-caff options as well as Hot chocolate with real fresh milk. Everyone is very happy

From the initial sales enquiry to delivery, a smooth and efficient process. A responsive after sales service team coupled with a simple online ordering for supplies and quick delivery. The machine offers great value for money and variety of coffee options not to mention fantastic hot chocolate! Feedback from our customers is great.

Fab machine & service from the team who cant do enough to help you out. Also very loved by all of the building occupiers.

Great product & great service.

We are happy to have our coffee machine with Office Coffee Company. The coffee is delicious and ethical. The customer service is phenomenal, with lovely staff and regular check ups. We as an agency would 100% recommend Office Coffee Company to any business.

Hi,

Sophie has been very helpful and always checking up on us to see if everything is ok with the coffee machine.

Thank you,

Good service from Office Coffee Company. From install, to machine run through. Met all our requirements.

We recently renewed our contract with Office Coffee Company and they have just been great!

They provided us with a variety of options based on our requirements and then come into the office and carried out tastings for the staff, which went down with the team really well.

Overall really pleased with the service and product delivered, would recommend

Great company to deal with fast and friendly service. And most importantly great coffee. I now have a queue of customers outside my shop each day just waiting to get there morning coffee.
