We’ve had a very positive experience with Office Coffee Co. The machine supplied is very easy to use, keep clean and maintain.

The service and support have been very reliable and responsive whenever needed. Most importantly, our clients have really appreciated having access to freshly made, good-quality coffee.

Overall, a solid service that we’re very happy with.

The Office Coffee Company have been a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. The coffee machine trial at our office was both enjoyable and informative, and it played a big part in our decision to go ahead with their offering.

The coffee tastes fantastic, everyone in the office loves it, and the customer experience has been excellent throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new coffee machine or considering an upgrade.

We have been using our new Gaggia Milano coffee machine since the start of 2026, and the general consensus among office staff has been excellent. The coffee quality is consistently very good, and the wide variety of drinks has been well received by everyone.
The machine performs quickly during busy periods, and staff find the controls intuitive and easy to use. Cleaning is straightforward — very similar to our previous machine — and only takes a few minutes each day.
A small issue did arise, but it was dealt with very quickly by Office Coffee and their engineer, which was greatly appreciated.
In short, we are all very happy with our new machine and feel we have made a great choice.

From the initial telephone contact to delivery all staff I encountered were very helpful and answered all the questions in a professional way. There was no pressure on sales and communication was second to none. We had a small problem just after installation and after a telephone call an engineer was sent out and the issue fixed within 24 hours. Great service.

They were shortlisted based on positive reviews and competitive pricing which lead to engaging with their sales team. Our 'Coffee Manager' Paul, was knowledgeable, passionate and professional. We have two coffee machines and a water cooler at our two office locations, all from Office Coffee Company. Across the two sites, their machines are used by around 100 people, and we’ve never had an issue. We’ve been really happy with their service - from helping us choose the right equipment to installation, maintenance, and deliveries. The team is super friendly and always quick to respond whenever we have questions or requests. We highly recommend them!

The quality of the product is amazing. The installation of the machines went very smoothly, and the after-care team have been very helpful and professional.
The daily and weekly maintenance of the coffee machines is also very easy.
