The “Made in Nicaragua” tag refers only to where the blank t-shirt was produced — this is standard for many major apparel brands. All of our designs are officially licensed and printed in the USA or UK.

If your shirt arrived with an off-center print or any defect, we’ll send a replacement right away. You’re also covered by our free U.S. returns and exchanges within 30 days, so you can return it for a full refund with complete confidence.

Our system is showing the new size for the Police t-shirt you exchanged shipped out to you within one business day of your exchange request online. It was confirmed delivered at your stated shipping address yesterday, January 26th. Also, the other three items in your order are scheduled for delivery this Friday, January 30th according to your USPS tracking details.

To clarify our exchange policy, there is no additional charge to customers for any item exchange on our site. Your original form of payment is not refunded or charged at all during this process. A new item is simply shipped once the returned item is processed.

Please note, any order completed on our site must be through the web address OfficialBandShirts.com. We have received reports of social media ads containing our logo and company name selling band t-shirts for $1.99. Unfortunately this is an online scam from China. Our site structure is replicated with items for sale at very low prices. The customer then checks out at the web address chubbiet.com. This is a scam, as this web address is not associated with our company.

If you feel you are a victim of this scam, we suggest you filing a chargeback with your credit card company. As these orders are not placed on our site, but through a company in China.
