Excellent service from start to finish. Coat rack exactly as we wanted. Sturdy and great quality.

We ordered the 3 coat rack. We haven’t fitted it on the wall as yet but it looks perfect and excellent quality. Really happy with it. And delivered to NI which was perfect. Thank you so much.

End product is fantastic (TV stand) but delivery took far longer than suggested of 6 weeks (13 weeks in total) and a lot of chasing for updates.

As long as you’re prepared to deal with potential delays then product is worth the wait.

Bought 2 x sets of these shelves (packs of 2). Order & delivery very straight forward & on time.

Bought 1 set for a small gap in utility room. Concerned that as only 30cm wide, they might look a bit too chunky but very happy with final look. Shelves look very strong & solid. Brackets are silvery black. If you want solid black you would need to spray up. I didn’t bother as they looked fine as they were.

Fixed onto solid wall - very strong & sturdy.

Company contacted me after to ensure all was well. Nice touch which is why I made effort to leave review.

Overall positive experience & quality product.

Great result from missing order..

I ordered a number of shelves from B&Q and was advised that delivery was dispatched but never arrived. When contacting B&Q they didnt want to help and told me I just needed to wait for the delivery to turn up, even though it was almost 2 weeks past delivery date expected and was on a 48 hr delivery.

I contacted Off the Grain directly and they were amazing, they looking for the order, spoke to the courier and as soon as it was evident that the order was missing they set about a replacement. Was advised that it may take a few days but they managed to dispatch the same day and shelves arrived yesterday,

B&Q customer service almost made me cancel this order but OTG turned this around and would do directly from now on for anything else.

Gentleman on the phone I spoke to (Ryan, I think) is a credit to the company.

Excellent product and customer service. The coat rack we ordered was just as described on the Off the Grain website and arrived within a week of ordering. It has clearly been constructed from premium oak and attention to the small details, I especially appreciated the wall mounting kit and instructions in a separate email. Also thanks to Dom for the follow up email checking our order had arrived safely. Excellent customer service. I will be recommending Off the Grain to family and friends.

Excellent customer service, the team went above and beyond to have my order ready in the requested time frame. Every interaction with the team was a positive one, I was updated regularly regarding my order. The product itself was of a good standard and would definitely purchase again.

So so pleased with our Offthegrain coffee table. It looks great in front of our brick fireplace. Very stylish! Just as I imagined it! What a find that was! X

Product was well packaged on delivery. Everything that we needed for fitting was included. Easy to install. The product is well made and looks great.
When I did phone to check something the phone was answered promptly and the operator was very helpful. Really pleased & would recommend.

Ordered 2 items on 6th August with a lead time of 6-8 weeks delivery.
Customer service is appalling, always seem to have an excuse for not sticking to the 6-8 week delivery. I have had to do all the chasing with one exception when they called me to say the items were ready for dispatch (30th October).
Tuesday 4th November still nothing so I called again. Was assured items would be with me.
6th November received tracking details – 1 via Royal Mail the other through XPD. Clicked on the tracking on the 7th November for XPD and my item is showing that it’s still with the courier – not even out for delivery! (Royal mail item was delivered on time.)
Called yet again asking why the item hasn’t been delivered and is still with the courier – now waiting for a phone call.
Will not be recommending them to anyone and I would advise everyone to only order with caution.

Appalling service. Goods never arrived as promised and was given several excuses over a two week fiasco. Shop elsewhere is my learned advice.

I bought an oak desk and absolutely love it. High quality finish and really good value for money. Also well packaged and simple to put together. Postage took a little while but living in the north east of Scotland that is quite normal.

I was delighted with the oak coat rack with shelf. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Love the natural grain of the wood and use of dowel rods. The smell of the wood was a bonus. Wish I had room for more. Off the grain furniture
