Lovely handmade product. You can tell it has been made with pride. It looks exactly as I expected from the website. Beautiful . It's really good to be able to support smaller businesses. Excellent customer service too.

Ordered a coat hook/shelf. We were kept updated of it's progress throughout and when it arrived we put it straight to use. It goes perfectly in our hallway. We would definitely consider buying again. Thank you!

Ordered a simple shelf at the start of November. It's now the end of January and I still haven't received it. Customer Services (when they've finally got round to responding to my emails) have promised on at least 3 occasions that it will be sent imminently and have actually claimed that it was dispatched before Christmas (no tracking details ever received by me so I am doubtful of this claim). I am thoroughly fed up now and can't believe the poor service I've received from this Company.

We’re very pleased with our Oak Coat Hanger (6 hooks). It’s a lovely finish and was easy to put up. It’s a simple design and looks great.

We received our solid wood coffee table just before Christmas which was a massive bonus. The coffee table itself is stunning and sturdy. It completes our living room. It is absolutely gorgeous. We are really pleased with it. Great finish, totally natural and unique! In addition, the service was great, the seller even asked our feedback which is lovely to see.

We had been looking for a Coat rack with shelf and were having no luck tried Cotswold Coy, Wayfair ect and then we came across Offthegrain, Bingo just what we wanted with the flexibility to choose the size for our cloakroom as every item is made to order.
The quality is excellent and particularly liked that the fitting holes were the covered up by 2 hooks and very easy to fit.
The service and communication were first class and were extremely helpful I highly recommend this company 5 STAR.

Ordered after Xmas deadline, contacted by company to advise of Christmas holidays and when my item will be made and dispatched. Coat rack arrived in same week of production. It has taken pride of place in my porch, beautifully made, excellent quality and looks perfect. With many thanks.

We ordered the oak coat rack with shelf, absolutely delighted with it, looks beautiful, really good quality. Delivery was delayed by Christmas but they kept in touch with updates, customer service was excellent.

I've just fitted a 12 hook coat rail which has transformed our hall. We no longer have to rumage through layers of coats to find the right one. It's really well made and looks great. Good, friendly communication throughout shows that this is a company that really cares.

The shelves look great. Beautiful wood. We first ordered shelves that were too small, and could return them without any difficulty, despite us being super slow with starting the returns process due to illness.

The quality of the product was excellent, communication was great and delivery punctual. I had an item missing from the order, a replacement was quickly dispatched.

Solid, well-built and high quality. Came as expected, packaged thoroughly, no damage on arrival, easy to assemble.

Ordered from this firm via B&Q Marketplace, initial order was missing 3 of the 15 decorative wall panels ordered. The panels delivered weren’t finished well but we went ahead with the works as we had paid for the carpenters time, and, more importantly, we wanted to be finished before Christmas. After much chasing, the missing panels arrived. They were finished perfectly and massively highlighted how bad the other panels were. We acknowledged with Off the grain that we shouldn’t have used the first panels but simply asked them to take a look at the poor craftsmanship to understand our frustration, they were not interested. It will now cost us a pretty penny to put right while they continue taking money hand over first. Please reconsider before using this companies product.

Well where do I begin , ordered a coffee table early November after about 3 weeks I rang the company to see how the order was progressing and was told it would be ready in a couple of weeks I explained the reason for the call was to see if the table would be delivered before the 22 th December as after that it would have to be sent to a different address as the original was my work place at this point the company stopped answering the phone and also emails on one occasion I did get an email it read they had issues with there phone lines so couldn’t keep customers informed on progress ( I can only guess none of the management have mobiles ) so it got to the 12 th December still no table prior to this I had emailed the new delivery address and dates which I would be available to accept the delivery, at this point no reply then to my surprise I get a call from a delivery company to say they are delivering at this point I’m on holiday in Lanzarote this is now the 22 December
To date I still have no table as it has been delivered some where but not to me and still no communication from off the grain
Very very poor customer communication it lets you down on this occasion.
