We ordered over 20 hampers to send to our customers at Christmas, not only did they make them up and get them posted out in a timely fashion but each person that received one contacted us to say thank you and how lovely the hampers were. The quality of the hampers were fantastic, the pricing was really reasonable and the service we received was excellent. Without a doubt any hampers we need going forward we will be going to Ogilvy & More!

We were gifted a box of cider, wine, chocolates, cheese, crackers, chutney and salmon and it is incredible. What a real treat! Delivered perfectly chilled in a gorgeous luxury box. The branding is beautiful. Excellent value for money.

Needed a present for a friends 60th Birthday, no Idea what to give as a present, James came up with loads of great ideas. Then packaged it beautifully all parties happy, and a very reasonable price.

A last minute (my fault for being disorganised) need for a gift to be delivered next day and I was referred to Ogilvy & Moore by Longman Cheeses. James couldn’t have been more helpful. An immediate “no problem at all” response to an email, the addition of a gift note and next day delivery all sorted. All the hampers look amazing. Will definitely be back for more. There aren't enough accolades to describe the service we received from O&M in the ordering and delivery of the hamper. We're the cousins in the US and ordered a hamper for our UK cousins to celebrate their new home. Unbeknownst to us, they were out of country on delivery date so O&M delivered to a neighbor. When it was learned they would not return to the UK for about a week. O&M retrieved the hamper, stored the perishables and offered several variations on delivery upon our cousins return. It was an example of customer service at its finest. If there is a gold medal for going beyond the call of duty O&M and especially James, our point of contact, deserves it. Such personal service should be heralded. Our cousins were so impressed with hamper, they sent photos of the contents moments after receiving it. Thanks to the O&M team for their efforts.

James Murray from Ogilvy & More provides quality luxurious gift hampers and an excellent service. I have clients across the South West and James provides bespoke birthday gift hampers for them. I have received fantastic feedback from the clients, they particularly love the cheese and wine ! They are all beautifully packaged and delivered on time.

I purchased a hamper as a Christmas gift and I am extremely impressed with the contents, which looks very high quality but I’m even more impressed with the fantastic service. Unfortunately, the complimentary hamper box delivered was damaged by the courier. I sent a private message on instagram to ogilvy and received an instant reply back from James apologising and advising me that a new hamper box would be sent. I received this the very next day and was informed that the way the hampers are sent has now been updated to prevent this from happening again.
I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from ogilvy again :)

A huge hit for a Christmas gift. The recipients absolutely loved the gift hamper, especially the localised nature and commented on the interesting range in it. The service I received from James was brilliant from start to finish, really going above and beyond. Thank you so much and I wholeheartedly recommended the company.

We needed a hamper as a thank you gift for friends who were putting us up for the weekend while attending the England vs All Blacks match at Twickenham in November. We choose the Montague wicker hamper. The gift was an absolute hit with the recipients and we as the givers were slightly envious we would not get to sample all the delights. Everything arrived very well packaged and exquisitely presented. I will certainly be using Ogilvy and More for all my future hamper gift needs.

Was looking for something different to toast the occasion of our parents’ Diamond Wedding Anniversary. Stumbled across Ogilvy & More who kindly advised & dispatched bottles of The Grange English Sparkling Wine & Deveaux Grande Reserve Rosé Champagne to us. Both were perfect & enjoyed by all, especially The Grange English Sparkling wine which was very fruity & refreshing. (Not all fizz tastes the same!! )
We will definitely be recommending Ogilvy & More to friends & family for the great service & quality products on offer.

I ordered ‘The Ashington’ red wine and cheese as a gift for my Father who is always hard to buy for - easy online ordering, arrived as requested and most importantly it was beautifully presented as per the photos and he has really enjoyed the treat. I will use them again.

I received an Ogilvy & More thank you hamper and it was utterly lovely. Beautifully packaged in a wicker basket and full of delicious treats which I was able to share with friends. All the tasty bits inside the hamper were unique and I haven't seen most of them on the high street so that was special. Highly recommend using them for hamper and food gifts.
