What a shame to have to completely turn around my opinion of this site. For ages, I banged on to anyone who would listen that theis was the best cashback site because I had no issues with it whatsoever and they were much quicker then the average to pay out.

However, as a reviewer has said below, after the update it all went wrong. I logged on to find that my earnings-which were just over £7 cleared and up to £10 once pending had cleared-had reset to £0.00. Now after a back and forth with customer service who was saying it was because I was wrongly credited that amount, and going through an itemised statement with me, stood by that they were in the right. I still don't buy what they were saying. That money was earned legitimately and not anything to do with what they are saying, that it was part of a bundle that shouldn't have been credited to me

Looks like they are just trying to con people out of money now, dug themselves some kind of whole and trying to get out of it so I'll go back to one of the other trusted cashback sites instead. Very annoying because of the time they have made me waste.

On leaving my review on Trust Pilot, Ohmydosh contacted me regarding my negative experience and to see if I would consider updating my one star review.

It was explained slightly differently why the money disappeared and that they take customer service seriously. They offered to credit my account with the money that was removed as a gesture of goodwill type thing. I appreciate this, and so have added another star to this review. However, I still don't agree that what they did was right and I still think they are mistaken with their claims regarding why the balance disappeared. As a result I still don't trust the site, If I had been able to stay with them I could have potentially earned a lot of money that now I won't be.

Furthermore, I forgot to mention that a lot of my cashback hadn't been tracking anyway lately for some reason. I will be closing my account and choosing a different cashback website. I hope that they improve and get back to where they were before the site update and maybe in the future I'll return if they sort themselves out!

Very misleading, payout on hold but they emailed me that I will receive my payment 3-5 days after waiting 5 days I decide to contact them and they say my payment is on hold but why did they not inform me of that but all of a sudden my payment is on hold and they want proof of address for what exactly?

It's a good website but I got 15 pound pending its bean like that for over 84 hours know and it still pending when will it go in to my balance more than 74 hours know waiting and still not gone thrw how long is this going to take I get quicker payouts from jest play update the 15 pound finally got put in my balance

There is not much for me here. It's mainly slots and surveys.
However, there have been a few games that I have played and I have earned £10 and although it took a month, I did cash it out.
I played another game in either December or early January and it has since been pending in my account.
Today, I logged in to see if it had been released and guess what? A new page layout and nothing pending in my account!

I will stick with the other ones that payout immediately from now on.

Beware, this place is an absolute scam.

I signed up to several bookmakers via this scam site. Earned myself about £60, when it came to cashing I was refused and asked for all kinds of ID, to which I took offence them asking.

The thing is...they are asking me for ID for them to pay me my share of the affiliate cash I earned them...they have been paid off Coral, Ladbrokes, BetFred and Bonus King thanks to me signing up via their site...so what gives them a right to keep my share? I do wonder what Coral, Ladbrokes, Bet fred and Bonus King think about Oh My Dosh not actually paying out the affiliate cash they have been paid thanks to me. They are merely a third party site directing traffic to their affilates sites.

Steer well clear.

Wow, talk about destroying a site with an update.

Sites pretty much unusable now.

No longer able to track past sign ups so anyone that doesnt have everything noted down wont have a clue where they are??? What a ridiculous thing to do.

This obsession with clumpy horrible graphics and fonts too? Why??? Site was far better the way it was. Looks like a 12 year old child designed this update.

Horrendous update, truly horrendous.

Took months to reach the £10 threshold for a withdrawal from I had offers like lotto social which didn’t track and ended up costing me automatic payments being debited until my bank flagged it and blocked them taking my money ohmydosh did not pay out the £6.50 bcos I didn’t have the original welcome email that co inside with the date they were able to see the date that I started the offer even though it didn’t show as *started* my end nor did it show up as pending or acknowledge the opening and debiting funds I couldn’t get hold of anyone at social for another confirmation email which OhMyDosh wanted me to send them a screenshot they wouldn’t except any other evidence like bank statements showing the date of the initial deposit to lotto social or screenshot of my lotto social account which had my details which match my ohmydosh. Anyway this was really frustrating but I couldn’t really do anything about it without the first welcoming email that I had deleted and couldn’t retrieve it so I just gave up. N had to except that. I eventually reached £13 i think enough for my first withdrawal and on then the morning of the payment day I was emailed for my passport and a photo of me holding my passport bcs of the shared ip address i share with several other people too and had a open internet server. I am severely disabled with limited physical mobility and motor skills ligaments are slightly disfigured making the process of holding a passport in one hand next to my face and my heavy device in other trying to get photo of myself n passport was extremely painful and I am not even exaggerating it is due to rare autoimmune disease which has no cure. I was apprehensive about sending these sensitive documents via unsecured method such as gmail and not having a encrypted secure method via the platform but I did it and I received a response almost immediately that confirmed my id was verified and they had processed the withdrawal etc. well the second withdrawal has felt like forever to receive the £10.50 over a month to confirm simple survey confirmation! Last £1 seemed like it took years to get approval. Finally I reached the threshold for withdrawal and honestly I was relieved just to withdraw the money and cut my ties with the ohmydosh was just a lot of hassle and time consuming. Only to discover like a lot of other people recently I’ve seen reviews and feedback on TikTok saying that they are not as forthcoming with 2nd withdrawals and always have a technical issue and guess what they happened to have a payment problem on the exact day I withdraw I honestly couldn’t believe my luck with this platform! I sent numerous emails and messages via the account and they had the audacity to tell me that ohmydosh is the fastest payout cashback site on whole internet how they could say that when that same day and not so long prior to Friday were having payment issues!! I received another response saying that I would receive the payment in PayPal on the following payment day which specifically stated 9 am Monday morning we’ll hear i am still not received it and if it is not in my PayPal in the next hour or so I will take it to my TikTok account where I have 500,700 followers and then I’ll have a much higher rate of reaching out to my half million viewers

Earned around £40 and could've had more with the offers available. Highly recommend if you want an extra few quid.

Good for anyone who wants to earn a few extra pounds

This company does pay out when you complete offers,

However I have competed some offers maybe 4 years ago.

Similar offers from the same company pop up, and nowhere apart from deep into your account history does it ever state “you have completed this offer, you can’t do it again” but it will let you click on the offer, it will let you type your card details in (if it’s an offer that requires payment) and you won’t get credited for the offer. When speaking to customer services and apparently the site manager they did not believe I was misled in anyway and that I’m responsible.

Surely if you’ve completed an offer before, especially a paid one it should not let you do it again.

I'm a bit confused. I started a trail with Experian and I don't know how long I have to wait to see my transaction in history. A few other payments don't seemed to come through either
