Some improvements needed
I think generally this is good to have. There are, however, a couple of things that could be improved. I have had an account previously and you didn't need to spend on the same website that you made your initial purchase on, to be able to get your monthly bonus. Also, there are some websites within my account that offer great special discounts, but when I click on the offers it doesn't allow me to get the offers. Complete Savings Customer Service advised me that not all offers on the site are available to everyone. I find this extremely frustrating!! If an offer is showing when I am logged into my account, that offer should be available.

Good savings, dreadful customer service
The savings are good, however be aware that not all big retailers that are available to others will be available to you.
The Customer Service is extremely poor, so bad in fact I have just given up and will soon be deactivating my account.
Several businesses that I would love to purchase from just simply don't show up for me, I have tried different ways to rectify the issue and reached out to customer service twice and just recieve repetitive, unhelpful messages where it is clear they either don't know how to help me, or don't want to help me- which is a big shame.
Had customer service been able to help me this would have been a 5* review.
