I’ve ordered one time in the past and had no issues. This second time I purchased a wig on 12/6 today is 12/18 and still have not received my order. I went online to see where they was at with my order and it’s showing “paid not shipped”. I reached out twice yesterday through the chat box and no response. Then I emailed. I’m currently waiting on a reply. If I don’t hear back I will be contacting my credit card company to get my refund and order from where I normally order from and leave this company alone

I’m honestly so happy with my purchase. The hair is exactly what I was hoping for, soft, full, and true to length. The quality is really good and it looks amazing. I’m very, very satisfied and will definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommend!

Loved my hair and how it came. The communication is always so quick and they are always readily available to solve any issues you have. Made a mistake in my delivery address and they picked it up and quickly emailed me to fix it. Bought the Yaki wig and quality is lovely for the price point.
