Returned a couple of cushion covers I had bought online by visiting the store where v helpful staff member initiated a refund by emailing customer service dept .Am v happy with all the other cushions I bought . Website easy to navigate and save favourite items when browsing . Overall a very good experience with Oka

Mislead be the sales women
I was given a gift, 2 beautiful bowls but there were blue and everything in my house is not blue. I was also given the receipt without price on it, so I could exchange it if needed.
So, we decided to exchange the bowls, for something that will suit our house. We got to the shop and we were told (by mature sales assistant) that the total was £85, we spent time to look for an item of £ 85, just to be told by different sales person that the total 85 x 2. The women then disappeared as she was misleading us from the start. Then we had to spent the time again to look for different items.
Just to let you people know that be on top of the things as they are there to screw you up.

Laura was very helpful
Laura was very helpful - helping me select cushions and lamps for a sitting room and bedroom. However what was disappointing was that 2 days later I find that most of the cushions and 2 of the lamps and shades were substantially reduced in the sale! She must have known that was about to happen. The savings would have been considerable - several hundred pounds.

Interior design service at Oka
We used the interior design service at Oka for redesigning our kitchen / dining / living space. Gina, who helped us with design, was simply wonderful from start to finish. Nothing was too much for her. She has a real talent and we just wished we’d known about the service before. Would definitely highly recommend. Thank you Gina!!!!!

Amazing Staff at Chelsea Store
I visited the Chelsea store and the staff could not have been more helpful.
I was on foot and the beautiful lamp I bought came in a huge box that would have been difficult to carry. The staff were so helpful in taking it out of the box, packaging it carefully and putting it in a bag so I could carry it home easily on the tube.
Quite a lot of bother for them but done with a smile. Amazing service

We have recently updated our delivery pricing to a tiered system across all services, including Heavy, Fragile, Parcel, and Click & Collect. This change was introduced to better reflect the real costs associated with picking, packing, special handling, and transporting items — costs that have risen significantly due to increased wages, employment costs, and fuel. Even with these adjustments, we continue to subsidise a considerable portion of the overall delivery cost.

marvellous - no change!
I finally plucked up the courage to buy two chairs I'd long coveted...
Delightful staff in Chelsea as ever, and chairs delivered inside a week by a pair of nice young men who kept me informed as to their progress re: actual (as opposed to originally-projected) arrival time. (They were early!). Chairs looking lovely, now playing around with room to set them off at best advantage. Thank you Oka.

I visited the Chelsea store looking for 10 cushions for a large couch I had just bought elsewhere. The young lady who helped us was knowledgeable and went out of her way to source the extra cushions they didn’t have in stock at the Chelsea store…
