Pleased with the goods but carriage was sticky
Pleased with the goods. Only disappointment was the carriage charge for a split delivery when the reason for this was that not all of the items were in stock for delivery.
So either wait 8 weeks for everything to be delivered together or have the goods that are in stock delivered and then pay £99 carriage to have the rest delivered later when the total order was large.
Have received the 1st lot of goods and am awaiting the remainder.
When a customer is placing a large order, customer services should have the authority to waive an extra carriage fee or at least offer a free candle or something to help bear the pain.

I went to a tablescaping event in…
I went to a tablescaping event in Marlow with my mother. Eloise and Katie did a fabulous job at showing us how to dress our tables. They made us feel very welcome, and we enjoyed drinks and nibbles. Looking forward to any future events they may have!

I also showed them a photo of the space where I was planning to display them, and they gave me some really helpful advice.
