Honestly, I don't even know where to start.

I bought a smart lock for my main door from Okasha Products. Not some small purchase — this is my front door, my home's security. I trusted them with that and paid good money for it, including installation which they themselves offered.

That was my mistake. Trusting them.

After the purchase, it was like I became invisible. I called, they said the team will come. I waited. Nobody came. I called again, different excuse, same result. At some point I thought okay maybe they're busy, let me go to their office directly and sort this out face to face. So I went. Sat there, explained everything, was told the technician will call me. Went home. No call.
I went back to their office AGAIN. Same faces, same sorry expressions, same promises that led to absolutely nothing.

Meanwhile my smart lock is still sitting in its box. Unopened. Doing nothing. My old lock is still on my door because Okasha's team never showed up — not once.

What really gets me is how confident and helpful they were before I paid. After that? It's like pulling teeth just to get someone to pick up the phone. Nobody takes ownership, nobody follows through, nobody actually does anything.

I'm not someone who writes reviews. But I'm writing this so nobody else goes through what I went through chasing a company that already has your money and simply does not care anymore.

Save yourself the frustration. Go somewhere else.

I purchased a main door smart lock from Okasha Products — not a cheap item, mind you. A security product for my main door. The one thing standing between my family and the outside world. You'd think that would come with some level of responsibility on their end.
You'd be wrong.
At the time of purchase, I was promised installation support. Their sales team was charming, responsive, and full of assurances. "Don't worry sir, our team will visit within the week." That was the last time anyone from Okasha Products communicated with me like a human being.
I called. I was told "soon." I called again. I was told "our technician will contact you." The technician never contacted me. I visited their office — physically walked through their door — and was told to "wait for a call." I waited. No call. I visited again. Same story, different receptionist, identical outcome: nothing.
Weeks passed. My expensive smart lock sat in its box, uninstalled, while my old lock continued doing the job Okasha Products was supposed to upgrade. Every time I followed up, I got fresh promises wrapped in the same empty packaging as the last ones.
This is not just bad service. This is taking someone's money and disappearing. Installation was part of what I paid for. I held up my end — I paid, I waited, I followed up, I came to your office multiple times. Okasha Products held up nothing.
If you are considering buying anything from them that requires after-sales support or installation — please don't. The product may exist. The service does not.
Zero accountability. Zero follow-through. Zero stars.

Purchased 5MP smart camera (Order #22515 – Rs. 24,500).
Order #22515 – Refund Issue / No Written Confirmation

I purchased a Smart Camera 5MP (Rs. 24,500) from Okasha Smart.

After testing, the product does not meet basic functional expectations:
- Event recording not working properly
- Motion alerts unreliable or delayed
- No proper patrol/cruise feature
- Essential features locked behind paid subscription

I requested a return and full refund.

However, the company is asking me to send the product back WITHOUT providing written confirmation of refund.

Only verbal (voice note) assurance was given, which is not acceptable for a financial transaction.

Despite multiple messages and emails, no proper written confirmation has been provided.

I am willing to return the product, but only after receiving written confirmation that:
“Full refund Rs. 24,500 will be processed upon receiving the product in proper condition.”

Currently waiting for response.

Proceed with caution.

Good experience I ordered rgb lights and it came very wuickly

They have 0 Zero backup Available, worst experience...Be aware of them ,Try to buy from the company which give you proper backup ... very inferior and substandard product.

i didn't like the brightness of 9 watt bulb once color is applied, it goes from 9 watt on white light to 5 watt on any color

A reasonably priced WiFi two-gang switch with good functionality.

I ordered two breakers of 10 Ampare each. They sent me one working and 1 not working. I contacted through email but they didn't respond yet.. its cheating

Purchase Smart Lock on 18000... which was Not Working , Contact Technical Team of Okashasmart where he told me that Send lock back there is A Technical Fault where I sent to him, after few days he sent my lock to me where lock work only 2 days and Now again lock Is Not Working...

Really we are using multiple products okasha smart before some days my pad lock some problem showing me we are contacting okasha smart company will give me padlock *Replace* without any amount charge we are happy good luck the best company okasha smart thank you everyone

very slow delivery process and no manner how to talk with customer..
