Before I ordered from sofance , I tried to look somewhere else just for curiosity, I find the same book for $CAN 11 Aliexpress, so why is it at $33.50 on Sofance site? Pretending to help Gaza, it is very shameful way to take advantage of the misfortune of others. Stay away from these people

This whole company is fraud, they are advertising on social media and pretending to help people of Gaza. I ordered a quran in ramadan and till today I haven't received anything. I eventually got hold of "customer service " who said they would refund me in 5 days, I still have nothing. I have email
proof of my whole discussion. They are shameful and promoting fraud in the name of Islam.

I never received my package and their customer service is absolutely terrible. I sent multiple emails with no real resolution. They kept giving me contradictory responses and never refunded me for items I paid for and never received. DO NOT order from this website!

Total scam. Worst customer service ever. Stay away

Absolutely scam, I ordered a Quran for my husband as his birthday gift and supposed to arrive in 10 days, after one month tracking was showing, still in transit and when I contacted sofance team, they said it’s already delivered. Absolutely lie, I never received it. They refused to refund my money and now I disputed the transaction with my bank. Don’t buy from this website. Scammers.

Unfortunately I didnt read through the Trust Pilot reviews before placing an order with Sofance and it seems they are either a SCAM company collecting money and using credit card details elsewhere ( hence wondering to even cancel the card I paid with )
Communication is probably AI generated and same repeated emails are sent.
Order was never dispatched even and communication was poor.
The book I ordered was Quran Made Simple and they kept on sending pdfs of other type of books and despite mentioning that atleast send digital copy of the book they never did which is a shame.

Dont buy it is all wrong !

Orderd in September 2025 and until March 2026 didn't receive it

I did receive my order, but - the book was pretty damaged so I wanted to make a claim.

Before that I’ve had try to contact them before because of the long delivery time. I still wait for an reply of any of my 5-6 emails..

After reading feedback here, I could also see that the info in the book wasn’t right and they had added prophets that doesn’t even existed..

I would not recommend anyone to place an order here 🙏

It’s been 6 weeks and 3 follow up emails. Neither received the book nor any refund nor any response. Seems fake. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order!

I just helped a revert friend understand Qur’an in a simple way and he said it really is a big help with the illustration and how simple it was to understand. of course it doesn’t replace the Holy Qur’an but this is such a big help for reverts and children who are still learning. May Allah reward us for our good intentions

It’s been more than 5 weeks since I placed the order and the tracking page shows it’s been ordered. That’s it. Nothing more.
I’ve repeatedly tried to contact them via email but have received no response so far.
I would like people to be cautious before placing any orders on this site.

Its a Scam! Paid and never received my products. Its now been 8weeks. Sad people are doing such things with religious beliefs.

The Quran made simple is very misleading. It has images of multiple prophets, animals and angels with no author or authentication! Bought as seen it advertised on social media with 5 * reviews, however wish I’d read these reviews first. Seems AI generated!

This book is misleading with incorrect Ayahs and prophetic teachings, some Ayah's which do not even exist. DO NOT purchase this book. It is false and misleading

I‘ve placed the order and read the comments of the website afterwards. I immediatelly contacted the shop to cancel my order but no reaction. After receiving the book I wanted to return it but also no reaction. I can not recommend the shop and also not qoran made simple as it has false information.

There is no page numbers, no information on the publishers, intro, preface, breakage pages or anything and worse there are random images many of which would be considered blasphemous to Muslims. They have Jesus, Moses, Shoaib and many other Prophets cartooned.

As the other reviews suggest this is a fake product and not worth the price
