I had this sent to my friend who owns his own tree business and he absolutely loved it. It took a long time getting here so he received it after Christmas but I’m okay with that. Looks can be deceiving …..cheap and plastic doesn’t look like the photo !!!!!!

The listing photos showed a sculpted, three-dimensional artisan bread piece—perfect for my baker friend. What arrived was a completely flat acrylic cut-out. At $38, the gap between the image and the actual item feels pretty wide. I'd suggest double-checking the product details before ordering; the visual marketing doesn’t quite match what’s in the box.

If I could give zero stars I would! I want my money back for this crap. Doesn’t come close to looking like the picture. False advertising! Do not buy from this company!!

Very disappointed when I received my order. I thought I was getting a 3D ornament of an artisan loaf of bread for a baker friend of mine, instead it was a flat acrylic ornament. Definitely not worth the $28 I ended paying for the ornament. The ads are very misleading.

While the end results are handsome and accurately made, the photos of these particular ornaments are a bit misleading. I should have read the description more closely. Either way, service was friendly and delivery time was as expected.

I ordered the baseball personalized poster for my Son for Christmas. I ordered it well over a month ago. I still have not received any shipping information or delivery info. I have emailed the company twice. The first time i got a very vague response with still not shipping info, and I still have not received a response to my second inquiry. At this point I have lost hope of receiving it at all. Very unhappy and unsatisfied! Do not recommend.

A product that I am interested in having.

The pictures of the ornaments on the website falsely represent the actual product. I bought an airplane ornament for my pilot daughter and it looked like it would be a 3D plane (like a toy) when in fact it was a small, flat piece of printed resin. Not worth the money. Very disappointed!

Ho acquistato un gadget personalizzato con il mio nome, ma il prodotto ricevuto è molto diverso da quello che ci si aspetta guardando le foto sul sito.

Dalle immagini pubblicate il gadget sembra tridimensionale, mentre in realtà si tratta di un pezzo di plastica piatto con adesivi su entrambi i lati, che solo fotografato dà l’effetto 3D. Per correttezza, l’azienda dovrebbe pubblicare anche una foto del prodotto di profilo, così da mostrare chiaramente lo spessore reale.

Dopo il reclamo mi è stato offerto uno sconto del 15% (rimborso di 5,90USD), ma considerando che tra prodotto e spedizione ho speso circa 39,29USD, la compensazione è insufficiente rispetto alla delusione.

Esperienza negativa e pubblicità fuorviante.

Terrible results. Ad made it look like an 3D model was being sent. Instead a darkened flat picture was sent. Very unsatisfactory. Do not order from this group or you’ll be duped.

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered a personalized gift and found it was damaged. Clearly not in shipping but in manufacturing. Reached out to return it providing requested pictures. They made light of the damage and offered me a 10 percent discount if I kept it so they would not have to pay for return shipping. They also do not advertise that a large majority of their products come from China hence the long wait time complaints I see. Run don't walk away from this company.

The item was very nice even though it took a long time to arrive in my hands. My Granddaughter will love it.
