I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that mistakes happen, but after everything I’ve experienced, I feel it’s only fair to share mine.
One of my orders was for around $1,300. I was told it had been shipped, yet the tracking showed the parcel never actually left Peru but trusted as I had built a relationship with them. After months of waiting, I placed another order. Only half of the items arrived while the remaining products were never even assigned tracking numbers, which made me question whether they had ever been sent at all.
To make up for the missing items, I was given gift certificates. I originally planned to give one to a friend, but decided to use it myself first because I wanted to see whether there was a genuine intention to send the missing products before getting someone else’s hopes up. I paid shipping again, only for my order to be placed permanently on hold.
Over the past week I’ve sent several messages asking for an update and received no reply they used to get straight back to me.
In the end I reluctantly had to file a chargeback, but by then so much time had passed because I chose to put my trust in them, believing they would make things right. Had I not trusted them and waited so long, I would have been able to recover my money. From December 2025 to now, the end of June 2026, I’ve been left with missing products, no communication, and no resolution.(lesson learned)
What disappoints me most isn’t even the financial loss. It’s that Ok Natura presents itself as a family-run, fair trade company working with sacred medicines and shamanic tools. For me, these medicines deserve honesty, integrity and respect from the moment they leave the Indigenous communities who prepare and bless them until they reach the person receiving them.
After my experience, I found myself questioning whether the company’s values truly reflect the way it treats its customers. It left me feeling that the spiritual message had become more of a marketing image than something consistently lived through its actions. When you work with sacred medicines, the entire exchange matters. The energy of that relationship should feel clean from start to finish, built on honesty, communication and trust. Sadly, that wasn’t my experience.
I genuinely wanted to support this company and hoped things would improve, but after months of waiting, unanswered messages and broken trust, I can no longer recommend them based on my own experience.
