I received my new M80 black leather


I received my new M80 black leather office chair and I am loving it! It is everything I hoped it would be. It’s very comfortable and all of the extra features work. This company has the best customer support! I had a question about installation and contacted customer support. They replied within minutes with solutions and videos to help every step of the way! In today’s online retail companies, it’s very hard to find a company that responds quickly and stands behind the workmanship of their products. This company has both and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for office furniture and I will definitely buy from them again. On a scale of 1 thru 10, OKUP Furniture is a solid 10!

I got the chair off of Amazon it's too


I got the chair off of Amazon it's too small for me I'm 6 ft 2 and it looks like it would be fine but I went to send it back okay up wanted me to send $500 return fee so I contacted Amazon Amazon's taking care of it right now I'm not going to have to pay nothing the chair was too small the cushions were like sitting on wood and the recliner didn't go up all the way I'm very displeased with this company honestly I will never buy from them again

Very Responsive

I purchased this chair for my office because I spend 90% of my time working, and have lots of pain in my right leg and lower back. I wanted a chair that would provide heat, massage and would recline when I need to take a break.

This chair provides all the requested featers AND works off an internal battery so that you don't have to be tied to an outlet. It's a beautiful chair. It won't work for me at my desk because the seat back has a slight recline, and I can't sit upright enough. However, it will be nice for the breaks away from my desk.

Okup M73 - An Ideal Office Chair

Just upgraded my workspace with the Okup M73 Executive Office Chair and I’m genuinely impressed!

The build quality feels solid and premium, and the design adds a sleek, professional look to my office. What really stands out is the comfort — the cushioning is supportive without feeling too firm, and the ergonomic design makes long work sessions much easier on my back.

Assembly was straightforward, and the adjustable features (height, tilt, and armrests) make it easy to dial in the perfect sitting position. The chair also rolls smoothly and feels very stable.

If you’re looking for a stylish executive chair that’s comfortable for all-day use, the Okup M73 is definitely worth considering. Great balance of comfort, functionality, and modern design!

The chair was very easy to assemble

The chair was very easy to assemble. It is quite soft and cushiony, and the chrome with the black is very classy. It was even delivered sooner than our expected delivery date. I was fearful that it was too big, but it fit perfectly in the designated space for the desk. My husband is in love with this chair!

I got this as a Present for Xmas

I got this as a Present for Xmas, it’s been a nightmare ever since, if Gon was my employee he’d be fired, the product has many manufacturering defects, my first problem was no padding in seat back between the paddles and back of the chair, they stuck in my back, had to have a furniture company come in and put padding at the cost of 200, now I’ve noticed that the seat cushion is breaking down with the promise of a new seat being sent but they won’t send it, Gon keeps saying it’s on the way, shame on Facebook for allowing such deception to be published over and over, china is killing this companies reputation

Customer care acts only if you write a review on Trustpilot - Order no OKUP4383

Order no: OKUP4383 Got an OKUP m02 delivered on Feb 12th that doesn’t recline fully, as the footrest wouldn’t open. The top recliner doesn’t come up to 95%. I contacted customer care the same day over email with pictures. After few exchanges promising to do right and asking me to send videos, they stopped responding. The last response from them was on Feb 14th.

Update: Multiple follow ups went unanswered, until I wrote the original review here (Feb 19th), they got back to me asking me to cancel my credit card dispute and that they would offer a proper resolution in 24 hrs. The resolution did not come in 24 hrs. After a few back and forth on what is the right resolution, they offered to send me a replacement chair, and on Feb 25th I received a tracking number along with an ask to remove or update this review. On March 3rd, I confirmed receiving the replacement chair and that it works this time. I also indicated that I tried to cancel the credit dispute, and offered to pay them again, in case the dispute was successful. Since then I have had three follow ups from them asking me to update the review. I am updating my review here providing as is facts for other consumers to decide if it is worth going through this hassle when one pays 1100+$ for a chair. All said and done, the product itself when it works, is good and comfortable. One key detail I want to highlight to be fair is that, they did not ask me to send the original faulty chair back, but sent me a replacement. For that reason I am updating this to two stars instead of one. I have not used the replacement chair yet, except to test it. I plan to provide an update here in a year on how the chair held up and further support from them in case something goes wrong.

OKUP - Put your customers first, instead of dragging them along for days asking questions one by one, and since quality issues are more common in your products judging by the reviews here, define a standard protocol with strict SLAs to reduce the anxiety of your customers when you disappear without answering for days. If you can follow-up thrice to delete this review, you can certainly follow-up in a timely manner to provide the right resolution.

This chair has been a great addition to
Comfortable Recliner with Great Massage, Heat, and Dual Motor Control

This chair has been a great addition to my space. It’s very comfortable and supportive, even for extended sitting. I really appreciate the dual motor feature, which allows the footrest and backrest to be adjusted independently, making it easy to find the right position. The massage and heat functions are a standout as well and work nicely for relaxing during long hours. Overall, it feels well-made, thoughtfully designed, and adds a lot of comfort.

Great chair, helpful service

I ordered the M78 directly from their website. It came fairly quickly. However, the next day it stopped functioning. Support helped me troubleshoot but couldn't get it working. They didn't want to send me parts to have to work on it myself (though it seems you can get them) but sent an entire replacement chart at no cost. Super happy! And, it's a great chair.

Great Recliner, great service!

I purchased a motorized recliner from OKUP furniture and was very impressed with its strength and quality. It is very helpful for someone with limited mobility, and is comfortable to sit and sleep on. OKUP customer service is also very friendly and helpful and is a pleasure to work with!

Only received partial chair -two boxes


Only received partial chair -two boxes were to be sent for full shipment and only received box 2 of 2 -for two weeks now they have been giving the run around on where the remaining box is -they cannot even provide a prior or current tracking number- At this point, they are not responding to emails. I have requested a refund, since they cannot tell me why box 1 of 2 was not sent. I have to assume it is a supply chain issue. I probably would not be as upset, if they had not started out acting like both boxes were shipped to me. They promised tracking information, did not provide it. So, only they know what really happened. I understand things happen, but after two weeks... there is no item being shipped, and only automated emails stating "We are sorry for your inconvenience, and appreciate your patience"

The chair was great for the first 2


The chair was great for the first 2 weeks. Then the leg lift broke. I reported it to the company and they said they would send out a replacement part. Now 2 months later and 4 emails, still no replacement part. The warranty they "offer" is worthless.

The Chair That Survived The Data Guy

I am a data guy, so weighing, measuring and scrutinizing key variables was inevitable in driving a final decision. I spent a couple of months testing a TON of office chairs, including visits to nearly a dozen furniture and office supply stores. I sat in plenty of good chairs and even a few great ones. OKUP consistently stood apart in build quality, comfort, warranty, and overall execution.

The feature set is where the M78 really separates itself from the sea of sum $1,000 chairs. The adjustability is extensive without feeling gimmicky, and every function feels intentional. Lumbar support, ventilation, heat, built-in battery, massage, recline, and leg support all do exactly what they are supposed to do, which sounds obvious until you have tried enough chairs that miss the mark. A few minor drawbacks worth noting. I am six feet tall and the lowest height setting is perfect, but it goes several inches higher than most people will ever need. The ventilation could be stronger, and it would be nice if the chair could sit fully upright instead of always being slightly reclined.

Real leather was a must. I own three executive Serta chairs, all bonded leather, and my go to chair of eight years now sheds more fake leather than a Labrador sheds fur. Many real leather chairs I found looked dated or overly traditional. Not exactly something I wanted to spend more time in than my own bed. OKUP managed to deliver genuine leather on all contact surfaces with a modern design that does not look like it belongs in a nineties New York law firm.

The eight year warranty sealed the deal. That level of coverage signals real confidence in the product, and the customer service backs it up. I had plenty of questions, and every email was answered clearly and quickly, usually same day or next day. The experience felt professional, flexible, and easy to work with.

Assembly was the final pleasant surprise. For a chair that weighs north of one hundred pounds, setup was refreshingly easy. Everything lined up, instructions were clear, and within minutes it felt dialed in rather than something that would take weeks to break in.

After all the research and testing, buying the OKUP M78 was absolutely the right call. It feels built for daily use over the long haul, not for replacement in a few years.

Overall, I feel like I hit the lottery with this chair. Out of everything I researched and tested, there are exactly zero chairs I ranked higher than the OKUP M78. The higher price is easy to justify when you factor in how long it will last and how good it feels to use every day. If you want to spend your workdays in genuine comfort and a little bit of luxury, bite the bullet and get the fully featured OKUP chair. You will not regret it.
