Too expensive!! Shipping to Germany takes more that 2 months! Electricity is not working! No help by the manufacturer! I have no idea what to do! More then 600,00 EUR for nothing 😞

And! No cow leather. Just synthetic

Before purchasing I contacted their customer service and asked for recommendations for an office chair that has a specific set of features, e.g., adjustable lumbar, adjustable headrest, and the ability to elevate my legs while working. They sent me a list. I chose one and ordered it. The chair has none of the features I asked for. We have been going round in circles. They want me to keep the chair for a discount or pay return shipping. Since I am in no way at fault, I want all my money back and they pick up the chair. It has been almost 2 months, so I have decided to sue.

Kinnls customer service is pathetic at best. If you happen to buy a chair from them and something goes wrong, don't expect good service. Worst i have ever dealt with.

I recently bought a chair from Kinnls. The chair was deliver damage. Next the chair was rated for 500 lbs. I weigh 210 lbs. when just applying pressure to get out of the chair. I heard a bolt broke. Took pictures and plug the chair in to charge. Then the charger started clicking and getting hot. Kinnls offer to credit my account but had to wait 21 days after payment was received to pay. After that period I called, email and no replies. I would put negative stars if I could. They sell junk and don’t honor their products.

Kinnls chairs are 100% plastic and 0% leather. The California Attorney General appears to have finally caught up with this crooked company because their ads now admit there is no leather in their products which are 100% plastic.

This was my final message to KINNIS Customer Service. A Terrible experience taking over a month. I have all of the documentation (saved emails).

Tell your TEAM that I am going to plaster all my ridiculous messages from you and the TEAM everywhere I can on the internet to show how you treat your customers. My order was in almost a month before you informed me it was out of stock, after several inquiries by me. THEN you offer me a discount, And assure me I will have the chair in no later than 20 days. THEN you cancel my order and refund my money. THIS NOW SEEMS LIKE A SCAM AND I AM TREATING IT AS SUCH AND WILL LABEL YOUR BUSINESS AS A PROBABLE SCAM ON THE INTERNET. I’M SURE THAT ANYONE SEEING HOW YOU TREATED ME WILL FEEL THE SAME AND THINK ABOUT THAT BEFORE ORDERING FROM YOU.

This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. The chair is terrible. Their name should be changed to kennels. Only deal is someone would let their dog use it.

I chose a boss chair that fits my style well. It's light luxury and comfortable, with delicate leather fabric. My wife liked the color, so we chose it.
